Mr. Russell ordered his crew to take down a 20+ year old tree out of my yard, damaged my fence, and messed up my kid's rope course. This tree could have easily of been trimmed down from the top, but because of his arrogant and petty attitude he has taken down the shade from my yard and the home to several birds and their nests. No one will return my call from Chickasaw and we were given no warning in advance about "tree trimming". Mr.Russell needs to be removed from his position for his behavior and someone from this company needs to repair my fence and replace my children's toys that were destroyed. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable

Chickasaw Electric did an amazing job of restoring power so quickly after the recent straight line wind storm 4/8/24. There was an unbelievable amount of damage they had to work through. This is not the first time they have worked long hours to restore power after storm damage. We are grateful for their service and thankful to be customers.

Chickasaw electric coop had two trees fall in power lines in Sardis Dr. During the heavy thunder storm that came through. That was a few hours ago. The tree cutting crew was there and the road was open. Chickasaw electric coop was no where in site. However it is only 47 residents out here affected by the power outage so that is not a big deal or important to Chickasaw. Just a few residents di not matter. If we are really lucky they will have it back up and running in 2 or 3 days. Thank you Chickasaw for showing how much you really pretend care about the people reling on your company for power.

We have power that flashes all the time! 80 degrees or 75 degrees. No wind. We have lost a full sized stand up freezer. A dehumidifier and a small refrigerator. Our brand new AC unit went into thermal lock down and didn't want to start back up. The power goes on and off so fast it's really bad for appliances!! Please fix this issue!! Our note book has several pages of our issue's. This is terrible. 21 century and it's worse then the 1950s.. Please Chickasaw electric fix the issues.. America needs to stick together. This small town is and should be different from Memphis. I work in that town. Please let's be better people...

We have lived in Fayette County for nearly 36 years and have lost power several times due to rough weather, both summer and winter. The crews that have restored our power have always been extremely efficient and as timely as possible. Hats off to the ones who work in lousy conditions to restore power and those who do the preliminary work assessing the damage. Each time I've been able to talk to one of the workers they are very courteous and professional. You guys are the best!

Chickasaw has been our company since July 2010. They have done a outstanding job over the years to keep the lights on. Living in a area where we have all types of weather and lately a lot of storms our hats are off to all of these Fine People that work so hard to keep us safe. Thank You.

After being without power from Sunday through Friday. As if it wasn't as hot in our areas as it was other areas that appear was shown favoritism. Because there was absolutely no rush to get us restored...... Only for one rumble of thunder, no lighting no wind to turn the power back off. I guess we will have to throw the food away again that we bought yesterday.. What is Chickasaw making repairs with paper lines? I wish I could give them a zero rating. IT IS HOT!!!!! There is no exception when it's time to pay those high light bills. DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE!!!! We are suffering due to your lack of knowledge or your're not working to your full ability. Either way, the customers are suffering.
