These people are uncaring and unwilling to work work parents. You get cut off without notice in the middle of the day while at work. The you get home from work and there’s apparently nothing they are willing to do to work with you. Also they cut you off on Thursday when payday is Friday. This makes no sense. And not a soul is willing to work with you

I feel like this is the worst company in the United States. The power would go out with the wind blowing. Felt like a third world country. Our power would go out, but ga power customers still had power. They are a bunch of crooked thieves. They charge you a 5 dollar fee for using your credit/debit card. They do not deserve your business. Understand that if I could have given no stars, I would have they are the rudest, most hateful people I have ever had dealings with. And I will be seeing about starting a class action law suit against this dishonest crooked backwards company. Most unworthy, dishonest company I have ever seen.
