We are so disappointed in our “new” home we put our live savings into. We are still trying to get things fixed from our walk through during sale in Nov 2022. They redid our floors twice. They redid our master bathroom twice. We have major framing problems. Concrete was under poured in garage even though we pointed it out during construction, so we have large cracks everywhere. We found mold under the flooring they installed incorrectly and screamed at us in our own home that it wasn’t mold, even though they never tested it and promptly destroyed all of it with a diamond sander. Executive management at Chesmar stays far away from our problems. VP of construction told me he doesn’t deal with families problems like ours. I asked to speak to the president of construction and he wouldn’t give me his name even though it’s on their website.

Sales guy screwed up and put all our selections on the wrong address. We never got our fireplace someone else did. They never even said sorry about that.

I highly advise you to steer clear of Chesmar homes. They do not care about your home or family, and I have plenty of proof if you’d like to come see it.

We have been in our dream home for almost 11 months now and this has been a wonderful blessing and experience! First and foremost Mr. Ralph Plaza knows his profession and exceeds the needs of his customers! Ralph listened to our needs and helped us every step of the way to obtain them. Being a veteran himself, he guided us through the process and directed us to people within the Chesmar team to make things as smooth as possible.

The quality of our home is superb! We knew from the onset that Meyer Ranch was the place to call home since our mother lives in the community and we desired to be close to her. We initially were with another builder here but backed out due to foundation issues (cracks). I walked the lot during the whole building process and witnessed firsthand how detail oriented the building process was. I was here almost every day watching the process unfold. The head Chesmar GC, Adam Emmons, was an intricate part of the process. ...VERY detail oriented and correcting things on the spot. Even after almost a year since we closed, he still comes around to check and see if there are any issues that need his attention...literally, today he was here! I am 1000% satisfied with this purchase. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chesmar Homes to everyone. I watched and walked through the final four houses of my street get built and each house has been built with the same high standards and precision mine was.

So, thank you Mr. Ralph Plaza and your Chesmar team for making our dreams come true!!!!!

The entire Chesmar team is impeccable. They make the building process simple and with a family feel.
They build a very sturdy and energy efficient home. We noticed that as we roamed the community looking for a home.
Our salesman Ralph is the best. He always answered our questioned promptly and very respectful and friendly. His experience and expertise was appreciated. He always was responsive to our questions. His honesty made the biggest impression. He truly cares about his customers and treats them like family. Chesmar is lucky to have such a dedicated sales team lead by Ralph.
Adam is a top notch builder and extremely knowledgeable about each home and design. I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail. He always talked us through each decision and looked out for our best interest. His attention to detail was most notable in our final walk through.
Adam ensured everything was done properly by the contractor. He walked us through each product in the home to ensure we had knowledge of how each product worked.
We have been in the home for three month and he continually checks to be sure any problem is taken care of. He goes the extra mile for his customers and we appreciate home so much.

Chesmar has taken care of us through the entire process. We are happy to be part of the Chesmar family.
