I was very pleased with the experience..Dealership matched the price for the car that I was willing to buy in a different dealership. Salesperson Leon was very friendly and attentive. Sales manager did a great job helping me to secure the loan at a very competitive rate and the whole process was very transparent. I got a good trade-in value for my car and overall experience was great. I always buy brand new cars Every 2 to 3 years and I would not hesitate buying from this dealership again.

Bought our 2nd Certified car a week ago, only drove it 3 times. Battery was bad. If they do a 161 point inspection. The battery should have been caught. I realize it is used but, having to buy a $179 battery is ridiculous. My sales guy offered to charge the battery but not replace. Took to a local place to find out the battery was bad.

Went in for a recall repair on my Toyota Rav and Christian was my advisor. He was nice and friendly and my repair went well. He gave me a few items that needed repair. Disappointed this is what I was given. No name, car details or anything to identify this was for my car. Called same day to see if it was on my account and nothing was there. Not the customer service I’m use to.

Westlee F. was amazing. In 2024, Westlee worked diligently to give us a great deal on a car for my daughter, a new Corolla Cross. From that time, I had really wanted to trade for a Tacoma.
