Spoke with customer service about there billing and spoke with 3 different people concerning my bill. The last lady I spoke with was very short me, could not explain simple billing differences and finally said, all I can do is send out a technician to look at your meter and the reading. I explained to her that I looked at the meter and there was not a leak and he is not going to be able to tell you anything differently than I just told you. She sighed loudly and said what do you want me to do about it? I said want you to explain to me why I am being billed differently, when my water usage is the same. She said all I can do for you is send out a technician do you want me to do that or not.She wa extremely rude and has no business working in customer service if she can't answer questions about the billing process and has no empathy about why someone would be upset about paying twice as much for their water bill.

Extremely rude over the phone. They don’t send your bills out when it’s due. They just cut your water off and charge you $100 for a reconnect fee and then are very rude and hateful over the phone. Worst place I’ve ever delt with. The lady you talk to over the phone on customer service is extremely rude and cusses the customers and even makes threats. Very very unprofessional and absolutely should be fired!!!

The people who work here are always friendly. Water in this town is way more than I expected to pay when moving from Cherokee County 6 years ago. When I sold a house and had the water taken out of my name, they mailed my deposit and charged a hefty percentage to do so. I've always held that against them. Also, they charge too much to pay online, so I always pay in person. That needs to change. The building looks lovely since they remodeled and they have the prettiest Miss Huff lantana bushes I've ever seen.

-I haven't been getting my bills from them and they seem to always have problems with them not wanting to work with customers for months, my mail has been messed up, so I pay all my bills online. I went over the policy, and it states to disconnect water when customer has NOT made any payments (non-payment). I did make payments maybe not in full, but I paid something on it. have been a customer with them for over 2 years. However, I didn't never get a disconnect notice and instead of taking the time to update their website to better serve their customers they would rather cut the water off and make you pay another $100 dollar. Inconsidered, unprofessional, and rude. Also be more courteous to your customers if they call you, please don't assume everyone thinks like you. We are your customers not your children. If they would catch up with the times and update their website, it would help better serve their customers. It is evident that they don't care about their customers, however; whoever is doing the programing for the website certainly needs to update it so it can be MORE beneficial to the customer. Don't be unprofessional and critize me on how I need to pay my bills when you need to learn how to be a customer service representative.

I called to ask a question about my bill since i was super confused on my payment total but the lady who answered was so rude cut me off and literally raised her voice at me multiple times. The water company is fine but if you are going to answer the phone and be so nasty and rude just cause you had a bad day or are just a nasty/mean and disrespectful human being just dont answer the phone and let someone else take the call.

They are rude in explaining how things work the definitely don’t explain when you switch your water over that you have to put the new place on the contract from the old bill or they will send it to your old location !! So if you move to a new location don’t you think the bill would go there Oo to them because it’s your fault for not having the old address taking off the contract when your have switched to the new address how are you suppose to know this I thought this was there job!!! And so what do they do blame you for not changing it and charge you more worst customer service I have ever had there attitudes are horrible!!!!

Good Luck Ever Getting Your Dang Bill On Time!!! My Husband & I Have Been Complaining About Not Getting Our Bills For Over A Year Now! Yeah I Guess I Could Go Up There Every Month And Blindly Pay My Bill But We Function On A Dang Budget & This Is Always The One Bill That Never Gets Paid On Time! Why? BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE TIME TO WORK OUR FULL TIME JOBS, GET OUR KIDS FROM SCHOOL AND MAKE SURE THESE PEOPLE DO THEIR JOBS TOO! WE NEVER GET OUR BILLS UNTIL THE DELINQUENCY NOTICE COMES IN THE MAIL! & WE STILL CANT GET INTO THE ONLINE ACCOUNT EITHER!!!
