I hired Charge Electric and Solar for a solar and whole-home battery project. Everyone I interacted with was professional. The quality of the workmanship is satisfactory. I do, have a fully working system. Based on this, I would have given them a 4 or 5 star review.

They are losing 2 stars because, this company is going through some growing pains that significantly impacted communications and scheduling on my project. Not all the delays were their fault, but I would have preferred more proactive communication from them. In hindsight, I wish I had made two changes to the contract: (1) Add specific detail about communication expectations especially regarding supply chain and scheduling delays (2) Revise final payment terms from "sign-off of permit", to "full commissioned and working system, with sign-offs from City and Power Company."
