Driver of truck 214 is the BEST! He is patient as his trash pick up time is a busy time in the neighborhood. He always allows us to back out as often times we are leaving as he is coming. He even handed out stickers to the girls this week which made their day. We have never been missed and appreciate his work.

Worst trash service company ever. Been trying to get them to correct my billing for 3 months. Everyone answering the phone is incompetent and unable to help. They say a supervisor will contact you over and over and they never do. Zero accountability or follow up from anyone. I've wasted hours of my time calling over and over. DO NOT choose this company.

Never agreed to service. I called and talked to them a few months ago about providing service for my address. I was originally going to go with them because they were less expensive than my current provider. I had a personal emergency come up while on the call and asked if I could call them back to finish up setting service up for my address. After further discussion we decided to remain with our current service as the difference was only a couple dollars every 3 months and we did not have to pay for bin delivery and pickup if we ever discontinued service. I never called back. Today I received a past due bill with administrative fees etc... We never agreed to service and I never paid nor received a bin to use. No service has ever been provided to my address. They just decided to proceed with "service" without consent and now I have to call them to try to figure this out. I'm beyond frustrated. If a customer sets up service (which again, I never agreed to) and never pays to have a bin delivered, that should be a red flag that you would think they would want to look into as I am sure the person that pushed the order through is getting commission. I have not had a chance to speak with them yet as their office is currently closed. I will be reaching out to them tomorrow to try to have this resolved but will be filing a complaint with the BBB if they do not resolve this tomorrow.

4 weeks now, no trash taken and an it's supposed to be a weekly service. It's running over. We've been calling for 8 straight days and every day they promise to take it "tomorrow."

I've literally never seen anything like it.

This is probably the third episode of it's kind (although the worst) since we've had the service. They manage to always bill us promptly though including yesterday.

Fantastic to work with. Republic Services dropped a large amount of people without any notice and would not work with us on getting a dumpster service and took a long time to pick up the final trash and to get our refund to us. No other disposal service would work with us but Cards. Cards stepped in and delivered a dumpster to service four families. Thank you for helping when nobody else would.

They are absolutely horrible! For February they only picked up three times. For March they only picked up once. For April they only picked up two times. For May they only picked up three times. They are hard to get ahold of and most of the time when you do get ahold of them you can tell the do not care at all that your paying for a service your not getting. I wish they would have never bought out CR disposal because they were a way better trash service.

This company doesn’t deserve any stars. I filed a complaint with the BBB today. It won’t be posted until the CARDS has the chance to respond.

In a nutshell, it has taken 4 weeks to get set up for service. I’m new to Central City and need service ASAP. We have been taking our cardboard to a recycling center in Lavaca, but we still have bags and bags of trash.
I have called them at least 8 times to get set up. They either don’t answer, you get disconnected or you have to leave messages. We’re finally set up for service next week but I’m NOT at all confident it will really happen.
We’re having to borrow our neighbor’s cans because they told me they would supply cans, but when I called them today to tell them we haven’t received any cans. They told me they neglected to call us to let us know we’ll have to supply our own cans. Terrible, terrible experience.

Terrible service! For the first 3 months of service, our dumpster was emptied twice. We called twice and were told they would be out the next day. Nobody showed up. We literally had to go find one of their trucks and tell them the trouble we were having getting our trash picked up. The company never offered a a refund. Instead, the next month over charged us by a month. Then recently over charged us again by a month. We’re done! Going to KeeLand!
