Paid $119 to fix my iPhone 12—cracked again in 3 days on carpet. They refused to fix or refund. Total scam. Avoid this place!

Andy is amazing! True customer service, they repair your phone quickly accurately and affordably.Quote you before they do the work. I had an issue 45 days after a repair. I was outside my 30 day warranty. They were nice enough to look at the inside of my phone and informed me that if there was not a loose cable, he could reconnect, I would have to buy a new screen. Fortunately, it was a loose cable, and he took care of me. I can't tell you how thankful I am to deal with somebody that believes in true customer service and doing the right thing. As a realtor this is how I operate. But I also respect that they hold firm to their policy as well. He was willing to help but if it was not easy they will charge me. I respect that. I will always refer them.

So I came to get my phone service cuz I had a cracked screen and on another occasion I got my computer service and both times Andy worked on it and when I say done like right before my eyes and accurate...
