Update: Loud noise from roof. Pipes just came loose after third repair and slid partially down the roof with the mats. There is NO emergency number or service. We’ve asked repeatedly to speak to the owner of the company with NO call back. Horrible service. Repairs not working. Now concerned about roof damage. You can see where the large anchor screws have ripped out of our roof.

Second update: Panels and piping repaired, one mat replaced. Roof and turf still stained from all the water that leaked. No offer or solution to clean either. And still never heard from an owner or manager through this entire debacle. An apology and “what can we do to make it better” goes a long way in customer service. Zero of that here.

Second major leak in a new system late yesterday afternoon. Could not reach anyone at the company as water poured off our roof. No callback, no answers to email, nothing. We are traveling and were fortunate a neighbor saw it and helped turn the main water supply off. We are still waiting for the company to call us back. Extremely disappointed in the quality of work and the customer support.

Celestial did a fantastic job for us in palm desert. It took a bit of time to get it all right but they where always responsive and performed their job in a professional manner. We added a heat pump for our pool and solar panels and all is working as described.
The cost for their system was more competitive than other quotes we received.

Celestial was able to schedule our install quickly and performed job in a day to get pool up and running. There was a small issue with the install but they came back in a day to fix our issue. They did a great great job and our pool within 2 days was warmer. We were surprised at the quick difference in temp and extremely happy with the great system that it seems to be.

Great attention to detail. A few minor drips after installation, but Sean visited and diligently tightened up some minor parts and replaced a fitting that did not suit his eye. Preventive steps taken that you would typically not expect. After 30 days of enjoyment, Celestial Solar was definitely the right Company for the job. Extremely satisfied and Angela in the office did an outstanding job of getting my service appointment scheduled most timely. Many thanks to all!

I would like to warn prospective customers about this company. I originally had a very nice experience with them, but that has turned very sour. I signed up for a complete solar package of thermal for my pool and PV for my home back in October of 2022. It is now the end of June of 2023 and the PV project is still incomplete. The thermal was installed immediately after signing the contract and my pool is nice and warm during sunny weather, but the PV was delayed because it needed inspection and permits from the city. Celestial Solar got permit approval from the city quickly, but allowed the GWP applications to expire several times due to a "missing part" that is still missing six months later. I don't even know all the details, but my project has been submitted to GWP and declined several times due to the missing part and incomplete information. I had already finished paying for the entire original project back in January when I was told that my project was complete (which was not true). Two months later I realized that GWP didn't even know that I had solar, and all the reports I was getting from Enphase about my energy production were bogus! That is when I was finally told about the missing part. I requested batteries to be added to my project when I realized that I wasn't able to use the solar backup that I had paid for because of the "missing part". I was told that temporarily removing the solar backup would enable the company to get approval from GWP to get my system hooked up and running. This was not true. It is now late June 2023 and my system is still not working, which means I have been continuing to pay GWP for six months of power after the solar panels were installed on my roof!!!! I still don't see any end in sight and I have expressed my frustration several times to my project manager and she has not done much to solve the situation. The solar backup equipment that was removed is still on the ground on the side of my house waiting for some future time to be reinstalled. I am completely frustrated by the lack of caring and lack of ability to complete this project. I don't know how to emphasize more clearly that I am upset and frustrated by Celestial Solar's inability to complete my project so I can start benefitting from spending over $40,000 on this solar project. I surely hope that this does not happen to you. Watch out and beware!!

Knowledge: 5+ stars. Dominic came to the job site and took the time to explain the product and the system thoroughly.

Communication: 5+ stars. Dominic responded to all my calls promptly. Very flexible and accommodating. He was able to time the removal of old and installation of new, while working around my schedule.

Service: 5+ stars. Julian and Dominic worked great as a team. They were very careful with the installation while walking on the roof. Also, painted the pipes to match the roof. Gave me the manuals, explained the system activation and shut-off, and gave me a worry-free warranty to back-up the quality of their system.

From the beginning that Dominic came to explain the product, I felt I received top-notch service. I had taken the time to research this company’s product, looked at other products and other companies, and I realized Celestial Solar was the company to work with. And they did not disappoint me, being a very pleasant and professional team throughout the project. When everything was completed, Dominic and Julian reassured me that if I needed any help later, they were only a phone call away. Thank you guys!

I've been having a lot of issues with my panels installed by a different company. Celestial came out and will be attempting to replace some panels under warranty. Julian was great and very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to having them get my 7 year old system up and running again. I will post more after they do the work.

Celestial has been great to work with from the original inspection thru the reinstall that was required three years later when roof repairs became necessary.
