I live in an off-grid home and was using a lead acid battery system and was in need of an upgrade. I called last spring ('24) and they came out to review my set-up and was extremely helpful in directing me to the best upgrade for me which was a lithium battery set-up. They answered all the questions I had and when it came to the day to install, all the guys were great, friendly and helpful!! and best of all took away the 16 lead acid batteries, weighing approx 100 lbs each!!
I love my new system and love it being maintenance free! No more monthly adding distilled water to the batteries!!

I just worked with Catamount to enroll in GMP's Powerwall Battery Backup program, and I can't recommend them more highly. We've tried to join this program twice previously and got stalled by either terrible communication or full waitlists, but Catamount made the whole process so smooth and easy.
