Cascade Power did a great job on installing solar for my husband and I. I don't normally leave reviews, but they did such an exceptional job I thought I'd give some feedback. The process was very easy, they handled everything. We didn't put out any money upfront to get the solar installed. Sasha was my sales rep. He was very knowledge and answered all of our questions. We came into this not knowing anything about solar and left the conversation feeling very comfortable. I have referred my cousin as well and they love their solar system as well. Highly recommended!

I live in Northern California around lake Oroville up in the hills. I have a ground mount system.
I worked with Chad at Cascade Power. He was excellent, professional, personable and went above and beyond for me and my project.
My installation contractor was All Wire Electric Inc out of the Fresno area. Mike was wonderful. He and his crew worked hard and fast. They cleaned up after the install. He was available for any questions I had. Again, professional and personable.
HOWEVER: the company “Freedom Forever” was a complete disappointment! They were professional enough but ultimately didn’t take my calls and didn’t respond to call messages and e-mails. If you are going thru this company, Freedom Forever “, I would suggest being very personally involved and pro active with regards to getting permits. Chad was the only reason that I didn’t ultimately cancel my contact. And I’m glad I didn’t in that I was able to work with Mike.
Thank you Chad and Mike for making my solar experience a positive one when it was all said and done. I can’t say enough positive things about both of you. You were a pleasure.

I am very happy with my experience with Cascade Power and Ramsey Dahduli, my energy consultant. I was fairly ignorant about solar and how much it could save me. Ramsey was very patient with explaining the benefits, cost and terms of contracting with Cascade Power. I love the idea of harnessing the sun's power and using it to power my home and to save money, especially as I approach retirement.
The installation of the system was completed in a timely manner and I turned my system on this week. Overall, from installation to operation took 3 weeks, which is much faster than what I heard from friends using other companies. The customer service is excellent and I am recommending Cascade Power and Ramsey to my friends and neighbors.
I am looking forward to receiving savings on my power and moving away from the constant rate hikes that PG&E is planning in the future and is out of our control. Yay for solar power!!

I normally can't stand speaking with solar salespeople, but I'm very glad I spoke with the rep. from cascade power. The process was fast and pleasant and I've saved money on my electricity every month and I know exactly how much my rates will go up over the years, which is far better than pg&e rate hikes that catch you totally by surprise. I'm now on my second home that I've had cascade power install solar on and I refer them to all of my friends. If you're looking for solar, make sure you talk to Cascade!

From start to finish it's been a breeze. They just finished installing the system yesterday. Very friendly and professional. My wife and I were so tired of being abused by PG&E. We have a big home but $1,400 PG&E bills for outrageous. The installer told me it'll be about two weeks before they can turn it on after the permit is signed off. Can't wait. I believe there's over 50 panels now installed on my roof. They did a very professional job looks great.
