This is, by far, the best storage facility we have ever utilized!
The staff are wonderful, the facility and entire setup is perfect!
Their rates are comparable to competitors, the facility still looks brand new, security is top notch, plenty of covered unloading/loading parking, plenty of moving carts, huge/fast elevator, even a very nice/clean restroom for tenants... Highly recommend!

Moved in to this storage on January 3rd 2025
There was a deal for the first two months to be half off.
I went there with my previous storage unit raising the rate three times in alittle over a year and was promised by nw cascade that they do not do business that way.
Rolling into April I was notified my rate would be increasing from 209.00 to 259.99 that’s a 25% increase which is highly unfortunate and the most I have ever seen renting storage units for over ten years.
The manger claims to never have never seen increases this high and this soon.
She asked me if she was to go to the higher manger and see if we could meet in the middle if I’d like to stay. Which I was okay with.
It has been over a week since hearing from her to checking my email today finding out they did not adjust anything and were going to continue with the rate hike. Now I’m needing to move to a different location and in a time crunch because of the manger neglecting to inform me of anything.
I would not recommend anyone to this place of business.

Jalese was AMAZING! I’ve never had a storage unit before and she completely walked me through every step of the process, if I had a question she had an immediate answer and she was immensely helpful. I couldn’t praise her more if I tried, she deserves a fat raise and a month long paid vacation.
