I was commissioned to receive a very large box for a friend that could not receive it herself, due to work obligations. Carr's out of Mission/McAllen Texas was the contracted 3rd party to provide the Delivery. The delivery agent, Victor, was professional, helpful, careful & personable. He was a picture of what good customer service used to look like. We all miss those days. He coordinated the delivery time with me for both of us to accomplish our missions. I was so happy to get this completed. Victor was the perfect picture of what we all hope for in a delivery agent. I would highly recommend Carr's to handle your delivery needs. And, especially Victor!

Delivery driver in the McAllen area (license plate AD1-1744) was driving very poorly. Hogging up the left lane and not allowing for a smooth zipper merge. If this is how all of Carr's drivers are trained, then it reflects very poorly on the company.

The worst customer service. No phone etiquette. No professionalism. Then they deliver a mattress to my home, all stained. Wow. JcPenny, you can do better.
