Awesome customer service! I needed a quart of power steering fluid, but didn’t know whether or not I had an electric power steering pump. The gentleman was nice enough to come out and take a look under the hood so they could make sure and sell me the correct kind of fluid. That was very kind. I genuinely appreciate that kind of customer service!

Very helpful. Was able to order some golf cart batteries that were impossible to find elsewhere, they had them in stock the next day. Apparently there is a shortage on those kind of batteries.

I needed a specific part to connect to the battery for a ground wire to my vehicle. I checked all three local auto parts store & nobody had what I needed. Not in the right size anyway. The guys at CarQuest actually made it for me custom and it didn't cost any more than it would have to have it premade and they even came out and measured to make sure it was exact. Thank you to the guys at CarQuest and I will be back again.

They go out of their way to make sure you have the right part and will help you install minor things on your car and figure out problems with your vehicle if they don't have a specific part they will order it for you very helpful
