They are constantly changing their website and making things way more complicated than it needs to be. Now the website you have to put in your account number and your customer number, why not just keep it at email and password? Then when you call to get this information they dont want to give it to you, as if a stranger is calling to pay your water bill? Irritating.

They can't get your bill to you in a timely fashion and then threaten to shut your water off because your payment is 2 days late. Customer service doesn't exist and they never answer their phone. When they do, you're on hold for at least an hour and then they hang up on you. Two word describes this city utility department...IT SUCKS!!!

They shut off your water no warning over a missed payment from auto pay they forgot to charge 3 months ago. No bills show a previous past due balance that I have gotten the last 2 months. Then charge you 300 dollars to turn it back on at there convenience.

the water billing department has one phone number they wont answer. nor has it a message box. trying to stop a shut off work order issued on a holiday weekend. for a unpaid balance that the bank has a record for the drafted payment on due date.

Giving an 2 star as if your email is in the system at least the warning and books are now being sent, however no utility Co. Has had this many complaints in the 13 cities I've lived, you would think they would care about their reputation, new mayor pay attention to details. Be better do better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady on the phone this morning, with a unique name was very very rude. Yet they get away with it cause this is the only dang place we can go threw for water.

Terrible at answering the phone, when they finally do they put you straight on hold no matter how many times you've tried to tell them no. They have TERRIBLE customer service! Carlsbad needs a better water company because this isn't it! How unprofessional.
