Edward from Canyon Air Systems did an evaluation and repair on my roof top heating and a/c unit. He showed up on time, explained the problem and did the repair as promised. He was pleasant and thorough. I would recommend this company if you need a/c or heating repairs.

Canyon Air installed a new furnace and AC unit for me last year. This review is specifically for Mark, who did a maintenance service on my furnace today. He was very friendly, professional and detail oriented. Good customer service is hard to find these days and very much appreciated. I also appreciate the dispatcher who reached out to offer me a cancellation appointment time. I've been very pleased with Canyon Air's responsiveness.

David called me ahead of our appointment time to confirm he's arriving in about 30 minutes, which he did. Very professional, personable, knowledgeable and customer service focused. Took his time to conduct a thorough analysis of our existing furnace, AC and ducting to provide a very reasonable estimate with military/manager discounts included on a very detailed and comprehensive written estimate (pdf) that was emailed to me before David left our premises. David even called his office/technician to confirm what enhancements were needed (e.g. enlarge air return) to ensure what they proposed to install would work for our home in the most cost-effective, energy efficient, and performance wise. I was totally impressed with David's thoroughness and willingness to answer all my questions and and address all my concerns. If David is any indication of the quality of service Canyon Air Systems will provide, it's an easy decision to do business with this company. Highly recommended!

I couldn't be happier. Received a prompt response. Technicians, Eddie and Odi impressed from the first moment we met. Their professional, friendly, knowledgeable approach created instant trust. They efficiently tested and diagnosed the problems and provided clear pictures and information of what was needed. Upon my approval they immediately began the process of researching and ordering the necessary parts, explained the costs and made a personal trip to the vendor to avoid delivery delay. My heating system was back in working order in less than 2 hours. They worked quietly, carefully, and neatly, keeping me informed of each step, resulting in excellent, satisfying services. Would call on them again with confidence and plan to make them my go-to AC/Heating service provider.

Marc, our Canyon Air tech, inspected our heating and air. He photographed three problems and explained to us how he would fix these problems. He posted these photos and descriptions on line so that we can understand the problem and how it can be fixed. He has ordered the parts to fix two of the problems seven days after his initial inspection. Marc is doing an excellent job in a timely and professional manner.
