My husband and I absolutely LOVE our apartment. Shyella was AWESOME. She helped us through every step of the way with communicating with us and answering any questions we had, she was so patient and kind! I would definitely recommend this place. Awesome price and it’s so unique, and the staff is so friendly!

This is hands-down the coolest apartment building in Canton. Schedule a tour and go see for yourself. When you get there, ask for Karen. She is friendly, welcoming, and professional. She went above and beyond to ensure I got the loft that was right for me. She made an otherwise stressful process easy. Now I couldn’t be happier with my great new apartment. Karen is amazing!

I’ve been living here at the lofts for a year, it’s home. Just renewed actually. I’m pretty nomadic and have chosen to move every year for the last 15 years but I just wasn’t ready to leave this place. There are a few things that set it apart. In all the complexes I’ve lived in, I’ve never experienced such attentive staff. Daniel, on the maintenance team, has seen to a variety of service requests in my unit and (beyond being exceptionally courteous and timely) is always impressively capable. Allison, the office manager, somehow makes herself available when anything comes up and is always notably compassionate and helpful. The building is so unique, a fun mix of historic and renovated. I always love when I discover something about it that I didn’t know. So much variety in each unit, too. There are abundant green spaces around the building and trails to access bigger parks easily. The river is right there. Events are often going on and many people have dogs and walk around with them outside so there is ample opportunity to talk to people. There is also the relaxing anonymity that comes with a large complex. All in all this is a neat community to be part of and I’m happy to live here.

Moving into an apartment community after 30 years as a homeowner was challenging, but I can easily say that the staff (both office and maintenance) and the quality of living here have made it all worth the time and effort. This is family community comprised of good people (plenty of fellow dog lovers!) and is located close to every type of business I need.The pics on the website are accurate. I’m so grateful to live here 🙌🏻.

I have been a resident for a year and a half and have been very happy with my home. The community is peaceful and conveniently located with wonderful staff. Leasing is always super helpful and quick to answer my questions. Maintenance is incredibly responsive and kind always coming to fix any concern I may have. Daniel in particular has always been kind and quick to help. This has been a wonderful place to live.

I just moved in a month ago and I love the place. It’s always kept clean and the night lighting makes you always feel safe walking to and from your car. Already ready to move into a bigger unit! I had to have maintenance come to fix my blinds and they were super nice. Karen in The office is the best!
