Canoochee EMC has always been helpful to my family. Every company has power outages at times, we never have to wait long for power to come back. I see the reviews concerning Hurricane Matthew, the employees were out there every day and night. And now with the tornado in April, Canoochee employees helped Ga power get back on line. These are hard working people, that I believe go out of their way to help their neighbors. Why? Because they are OUR neighbors.

Power outages all the time. Some planned and they don't care to tell you. I think I've set a record for hours on a generator due to power outage in a year. If you want to talk to someone I'm customer care all you get is voice mail or a computer.

I will start this story by saying a lot of things could have been avoided if communication had taken place. I'm very upset about my service today.
1) it would have been nice to be informed that people were going to come on my property.I think we have at least the right to know they're coming.
2 When it's posted with a phone number!!!! how dare they get out and take someone's fence apart to get on property!
3 The big machine ran over a $200 piece of equipment and now my fence wont-work, had they just called to be let in they would have been informed about where to be careful this is wrong in so many ways!!!!

Who Worked Late Into The Night To Ensure That Power Was Restored To Our Homes.
I Finally Went To Bed Probably Between Eleven PM To Twelve AM Or So And These MEN Were Still Working To Restore Power.

Literally in the middle of a outrage and the power has been out for 3+ hours. Within 2 hours they have only restored not even half of a single area. It’s a hot summer with life threatening temps and yet they haven’t put a rush on getting this solved. Having to get my household fanned with plates and damp there foreheads. Wouldn’t recommend living around there area with there services…
