Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a truly relaxing stay.

I arrived early in the morning and this very nice and professional young lady with a beautiful smile greeted me. I believe her name is Maria. She directed me to my room and informed me of pool hours and the hours of the restaurants within the hotel which was very very helpful. I had needed extra towels later that day and the same young lady Maria was glad to help me out. I had such a great first impression and throughout my stay. I will definitely be coming back and hope to see her again!!!! What great service!!

The rooms were spotless, rooftop bar with music for all, and the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Whether you’re here for a celebration or just a relaxing getaway, this hotel is the perfect choice. We will definitely be back!

Very nice atmosphere, the roof top bar has a excellent vibe for a date night during your stay with a hookah bar. The valet ladies on the weekend were very courteous. You have to request and iron and board if you need one. Nice location near everything. Front desk staff were welcoming. More of an adult vibe hotel

Rooms are well appointed and clean with comfortable beds. Low rating because there’s no hot water. Doesn’t matter the time of day, there’s not hot water. Was able to get warm water for about 60 seconds. So if you enjoy cold showers they have you covered!

Just wasn't my vibe. If you like a party-like crowd then this is the hotel for you but if you are more lowkey & private stay clear. Parking is horrible, super busy area, rooftop hookah lounge makes for a lot of randoms at the hotel. The elevator - only two & they are always taken - no stairs to go down either so you have to wait. Halal food but there's a bar in the same area? The room isn't bad, that's why there's 1 star. Definitely fell for the good reviews, would never stay at this hotel again. Not family-friendly.

Since the moment I entered, I was greeted by Margarita. She was amazing! While we waited for our room, she held our luggage. We enjoyed lunch at the rooftop and were checked in early. The room was spacious, smelled great, and was very clean. I did not experience any inconveniences during my stay. At checkout, Maria was very professional and held our luggage as we had a late flight. I would definitely come back and enjoy the pool, as we didn’t have the chance this time because of the weather.

Tried to check in on Saturday, was told by their parking attendant that there was no parking in their 3 lots. The night manager Andres didn’t believe me and the 3 other random guests that were trying to park. We walked out front with Andres and the valet told him the same as we were being told. Another guest was screaming at him that she was handicap and all the spots were taken by non guest without handicap placards and that she was going to call the police.

Disgruntled and visibly aggravated Andres then told me I would be refunded only 1 day instead of the 2 days we originally booked (mind you, I never was able to check in). Contacted Expedia for a refund and days later was told the hotel didn’t approve it. Over the next few days I had to repeatedly call and leave voicemails with no luck of reaching a manager. This morning I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes and decided to call from my desk phone and was instantly answered (all while still on hold with my cell). Finally a manager (Pat Medina) answered and told me they were going to contact Expedia.

A simple refund would have sufficed but making me jump through hoops and wasting time with this was such a headache. I literally couldn’t park at the hotel, not being able to check in, and yet I’m still being penalized a day of room charge. They have a rooftop bar that was packed with people not staying at the hotel and yet paying guests are kicked to the curb. Lesson learned to stay at more reputable hotels.

A response to their response: I drove 3 hours from Miami to this hotel to be told by their staff there was no parking on their 3 lots. Their night manager confirmed it and it’s incredible how they respond with lies on google that they saw space on their “cctv” in another parking lot. Why would I waste my time and effort, this is simply unprofessional of the hotel and shows how they like to operate. Their parking team stressed to the night manager that all their parking was over filled. If there was parking, I would have parked. It’s that simple. To be put as a “no show” is an obvious lie as the hotels mention to see me on their CCTV. I didn’t refuse to check in, I couldn’t park.
