Shout out to Toni at the C-A-L Ranch Prescott Valley Store! She is always extremely friendly, nice and helpful when we come in. She is very knowledgeable about the store especially when we are purchasing chicks. She is very patient and allows people to pick the chicks they want. Even if it means chasing those little buggers all over. Hope someone sees this on the management level! Thanks Toni for always being amazing!

(Edited this to say the company responded to this review saying to email them and then no one even responds to the email guess it was only to make it look like they cared about how their awful employees act but i guess they actually dont care. Not surprised really though) Went in to get some chicks and a turkey and a second lamp and bulb the lady worker who met me at the chick's was absolutely rude the last time I was in and today was even worse she comes by with her awful attitude almost hit my grandma with the big metal ladder says what do you want over and over some of the turkeys weren't doing good and she said nah they are fine she shoves their head in the water lays it down still not moving much we said we would take it so it wouldnt die and then she says it's fine and then takes it out to take it to "her animal hospital in the back" and just walks away after belittling my grandma over it and making herself and the store look awful. I'm glad she walked away so we could make the decision to leave i told the cashier on the way out about this employees behavior and she immediately knew who we were talking about and i let her know we were taking our business elsewhere because of this other employee she apologized and we left the young cashier girl is amazing though she has a great attitude and customer service skills unlike the older lady who treats customers awful. Now i purchase hundreds of dollars of feed a month from this location for my birds and chickens along with all my other needs which I will no longer be doing if I have to run into this miserable lady treating people and the animals badly. I'm not sure how management at this store is okay with this behavior because it's not only bad for the store it has to be bad for the work environment and it's definitely bad for the brand. I've never been treated worse at a store or witnessed an employee of a store be able to act so foul to customers before anywhere in my life

Huge shout out to Toni at CAL Ranch in PV.
I meet her a few years back when we moved here, she has been an absolute Godsent! Not
Only does she answer my calls , she has products there and waiting for me whenever I need them. We buy all our horse feeds from her, she wraps and loads the pallets on the truck for us! She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and ever so helpful to us and all our needs ! She has since also been there for our friends and Nieghbors ! Thank you Toni for all you do for this

Love CAL Ranch Prescott Valley, AZ! Toni, the manager is great. She is my go to person for all my questions. I have friends that I referred her to that were so thankful to have such a knowledgeable and helpful resource, just as I do. CAL Ranch is my favorite place to shop.

I have got to say, Travis who works in Firearms is a very helpful guy with a positive attitude! The average Joe with experience and knowledge is exactly who I want to help me. Brian is also a solid guy! Need more folks like this in town!

The gentleman who receives the product is very rude and mean to the drivers. He has a racist attitude, leaving them waiting for no reason. I hope the owner of this place sees this comment and takes care of it. Our drivers are the ones who keep this country alive and fed, and this man ruins the prestige of that store. Every time we've been there, which have been many, we haven't encountered the same situation, and I know that most of those who have delivered there have suffered the same thing. Rude and ill-mannered receiver.

Large store, doesn’t feel crowded and has a wide range of products. The staff was friendly and helpful and overall I had a good experience! Nicely done!
