My little sister used them for her senior pictures, recommended by the school & we had the Elite Package and it was everything! She had her own personal photographer and since we went around a less busy time she had hair and makeup studio all to herself. It was an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone doing senior photos. Our photographers were Lizzie & Alex, they were very patient and motivating during our session. Mia was amazing! She was very patient and accommodating. I love how she used her expertise to make this shoot great with pose and background suggestions. Would definitely request her for my kids in the future and highly recommend her!! Jay was also awesome with our checkout process. He explained everything and was very pleasant. Excellent staff and service. Everyone is so nice and very understanding. Deisy was my photographer for my cap and gown photo and she did a great job with answering any of my questions. Steven did my tuxedo photo and was great with letting my fix my appearance before the picture. Emmanuel was very friendly and did a great job with check out. They are willing to do whatever it takes for you to have the perfect picture. 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough.

Update: I wanted to provide an update. I'm really upset that we were lied to and I was told by this person in my original post that if I bought the package deal that day, it would include the Cap and Gown once they were ready in spring. The price included a pre order price.Or at least that's what he said. I was starting to walk away without getting any pictures at that time and said I was just going to order them all when we did her Cap and Gown and he told me if I did it then He would include it in the price. We were lied to and nobody at this facility seems like they care. My daughter tells me today that they were telling her she did not already pay and today was the last day. I can't understand how a person is allowed to lie to a customer and everybody here defends it. I tried to reach customer service several ways. And they're just so cold and so dry and insensitive to the understanding that I would have never paid for this had I known that it did not include the Cap and Gown price, and that they should not have lied to me in order to get my money. On the video you can even see me walk outside and then come back in with my card after he told me this and yet they don't seem to care that this person lied to me and stole me money. I'm sure he got paid a commission off of this, and they should not condone Lying to do it

Emmanuel was extremely helpful with our experience. He went over and beyond and helped to make every photo picture perfect.
