Buster Miles was a great experience. My salesman George Silva is the Man. No pressure on you. Actually wanted to help us. My wife and I are both disabled and our credit wasn't great. But we were in desperate need of a vehicle. I applied on line. Within a couple of hours George called me back. He needed a little bit more info and Buster Miles was on my side finding financial. When ever we need or some of our friends need a vehicle I can and will recommend Buster Miles. Awesome experience. From application for credit to drive out 2 days. Thanks for everything. When I realized my Fusion's battery was dead I thought about Buster Miles Ford's emails about their pick up and drop off service. I called their service department and told them about my situation. They came to my home about 30 minutes later with a box battery. Not only did they start my car and take it to the dealership for battery installation, at my request they also performed a service that was due. They also left me a loaner car. Within 3 hours my car was returned to me with all the service completed. I could not be more pleased! Thanks Buster Miles Ford for excellent and timely service!

The only reason I didn't give 5 ⭐, is that nothing is totally perfect, so my actual rating would be 4.99 ⭐. We did most of the deal via text and email, so when I got there, everything was on the GO!!! Excellent job Rocky and the Finance manager. These guys made life easy and I got a great deal on my wife's surprise. Thanks guys!! EDIT EDIT EDIT....Well, after driving the car for "maybe" 1000 miles, there is a major coolant issue that BM shop wouldn't touch and the specialty shop they recommended wants $1500 min. to fix. The warranty BM sold me isn't going to cover the repair and BM is only willing to pay for the diagnostic of the leak for a whopping $55. Service after the sale and customer satisfaction obviously isn't too important. Too bad BM, I'm currently looking to replace my H2. Guess where I'm not going to shop!!!!!
