I don’t usually do reviews but I must share my experience with this amazing group of professionals. I purchased my electric vehicle in late September 2024, and the charger that was sold to me with the car that company went out of business in early October. So originally the charger I received with my car was installed by Bullett EV Charging solutions but during the install the functionality of the charger was deemed unsafe by the installation guys who came to my house. So they locked the charger and I had to deal with Honda and the Acura Electric Home folks for several weeks but during that process Bullet EV was extremely supportive and responsive. And then once I received the replacement I was contacted same day and the installation was scheduled for the next day. Same guys came to my house and they did an amazing job.

Bullet EV did a quick and professional job for the installation of a 240V outlet for my Tesla.

They came and gave a free estimate within 2 days and completed the installation the very next morning. The electrician did a very professional job and took his time (5 hours) to do so.

The outlet charges my Tesla at full voltage and amps and they made sure I was fully satisfied even after finishing the job by coming back 3 days later and fixing the upside down outlet.

They provided me with the best pricing compared to other estimates and installed the next day while other companies asked me to wait more than a week for installation.

I had Jose and Max come out to my house to discuss Anker's new X1 Battery Wall Storage offering. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable around not only the Anker product, but other offerings/solutions as well. They arrived to my house right on time and made sure all of my questions were answered. Right now, my wife and I are weighing out options, but Jose and Max still approached us in a professional manner.

They even walked me through solar options which was not initially on my radar. What impressed me the most was that they pulled up their software and mapped out the roof of my house to see if Solar was even an option. I've had countless solar companies knock on my door telling me to go solar. Jose and Max used their software and let me know that based off the direction my house is facing and the amount of space on my roof, solar would NOT be ideal. This transparency was greatly appreciated.

Although we did not make a decision that day, my wife and I were greatly impressed by their approach and honesty when walking us through options. Bullet EV Charging Solutions would be a great company for anyone to use when it comes to these types of solutions.
