I absolutely love Bulb! They're super affordable, great customer service and use renewable energy! They purchase power in advance so you won't get stuck like other plans with no set rate. You always have 30 days to change plans. I'm really happy so far!

Bulb used to be great until they suddenly upped their rates to almost 25 cents/kWh with no warning. They are offering no help, I'm so glad I cancelled my service. A small apartment electric bill should never be over $400, quadrupled from my August bill last year, that is disgusting greed. I hope they crash and burn, honestly.

Finally, an Electric Retailer that I feel is really my long term provider. I have used this Bulb electric service for about a year now for my AirBnB property. They served me so well and even through the ice storm that when my residence service was expired, I changed to Bulb for that service as well. No hitches or loop holes with Bulb. They are not the very cheapest you could find if you were to do a contract with a competitor but they have fair pricing and no contract. They provide clean energy as well. Easy bill paying and they keep it simple. I highly recommend that you check into them. I have had nothing but good experience, fair rates with a consistent price and no contract.

I was 100% satisfied with the competitive rates until Bulb decided to get greedy. It has made terrible changes this year right in the middle of TX summer of all times. The new changes are rate hikes and other stupid policy changes that benefit just another greedy energy company in the great ole state of TX. NOT happy and definitely NOT getting my business anymore effective now.

I absolutely looooove Bulb!! Before I found them I was using prepaid electric because no other electric company would let me join due to credit score or without giving them a $250+ deposit. Not only did Bulb let me join they didn’t require good credit, they didn’t make me pay a fee, they contacted the electric company I was using and told them I’m switching, and if for some reason I can’t pay in the due date they’ll let me extend until when I can pay. Again I absolutely LOVE Bulb! I will never switch unless I absolutely have to. Thank y’all for being so amazing and making our lives so much easier!

Customer service team was quick to answer. I switched to another company because their rates aren't cheap anymore. Mine is at 24.8 before extra service charges. If they make 12 month contracts later on I'll join again. First year I was paying $77 this months bill was $410 for 1 bdrm apartment.

I’ve been using Bulb for over a year now. I understand rates change every few months or so. But this month my bill came ridiculously high and I know for a fact I’ve used a lot less energy this month than previous ones(even my AC has been off for 2 weeks now) I called Bulb and they offered no help except to call Oncor which obviously covered their a** too and said there’s nothing with the meter. Honestly I’m very disappointed with Bulb. I’m looking to switch now. It’s the fact that they didn’t even offer to help that lost me!
