I’ve had a great experience with Buckeye State Storage! It was easy to store my items. Access is simple and straightforward and the facility is clean and well-maintained. Would rate 6/5 stars if I could.

My experience with Buckeye storage can only be described as excellent. No matter what problem I had with my unit, From being late on my payment to losing the key to my unit, the extremely kind and cool owner Adam always picked up the phone ASAP to work with me through my troubles. He did his best to make my entire experience stress free and easy every single time.

The facility is also extremely secure and easy to access. I always felt that my belongings were safe from dust, leaks, and critters the entire time.

Well worth the price and I will be returning when I have storage needs to Buckeye Storage!

Adam at Buckeye State Storage is top-notch! His customer service is excellent—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. The facility itself is clean, secure, and incredibly convenient to the Cleveland Airport. We park here and grab an Uber to the terminal—super easy and stress-free. I’ve been with them since 2020, I would recommend Buckeye Steak Storage because they are family owned and they understand people do have problems and sometimes they fall short and if you’re gonna be late, just call and talk to them they’ll work with you and when I need storage again, I will be coming back to them. I recommend them over any storage.

We were looking for a safe place to park our vehicle while we rode our bikes on the Ohio to Erie Trail from Cleveland to Cincinnati. It was difficult to find safe and reasonably priced parking. Buckeye State Storage fit the bill perfectly. In addition their manager was easy to deal with. Highly recommend them if you need a a safe place to park in Cleveland.

Very quick and easy process to rent! The facility was clean, well lit and secure. No hidden fees! Adam was so professional and friendly. Great price too - move in special was just what my pocket needed! I wish Buckeye State Storage much success as your customer service is top notch!
