Had a furnace check this morning by a technician named Reuben(spelling?) from Brower Mechanical. He called to let me know when he would arrive and he was on time. Very personable and a good communicator. Very thorough and he took the time to let me know exactly what he did and his findings. Cleaned up after himself and very pleasant to talk with. I would highly recommend.

hi, this is Peggy Rossell and today was my first meeting with Jose from your company. He was very nice to meet thoroughly enjoyed it, he was polite and professional and patient with me as I know nothing about Heating and air conditioning. He went to Great Lakes to check things out in my system. He was very knowledgeable very thorough. And he found a existing problem that I did not even know exist, which needs to be repaired. So I’m having a meeting with a supervisor I guess tomorrow Thursday with Brower. And I look forward to it. I think Jose did an excellent job and he has a great representative of your company. Ive been with Brower bi-annual service plan for over 10 years. Without exception they are professional reliable and fair priced. Brower Mechanic is always been very professional and very courteous. They always remember me. They always make me feel comfortable. Ryan the mechanic came out to look at my heating unit. He is very informative, very helpful and goes beyond his limits to be sure that everything Has been explained clearly and that he knows I understand before he leaves. We have been customers of Brower Mechanical for over a decade and have always been 100% happy with their service. I believe we got the maximum use of our AC/Heater system because of their time and attention to detail. Unfortunately our 25-year-old heater recently quit working and Ryan Walter came out within hours of calling. He was very thorough in explaining our options and made a disheartening situation much more manageable. He even found some extra pieces for our broken equipment and came back a second time to get our heater temporarily running while we wait on a new, energy efficient system to be installed. I trust this company and am thankful someone recommended them to me over 10 years ago, as I recommend them to anyone who asks for a professional and well-priced company.
