They list your house as collateral for payment. We had to put the cost of the panels into our mortgage to protect ourselves. Just this morning, after we have had the panels for a few years, there is an error code, and their phone number is disconnected. They have been sued for their poor service. Use a local company. I wish we did that.

I’ve had great energy production from my panels. However, 4 years later, I’m being told they ruined my roof by walking all over it with incorrect shoes. The roof is only 12 years old now and needs to be replaced. The cost of removing and reinstalling the solar panels is $8000. The roof will cost another $12000 and interior damage $3000.

I had Solar Panels installed last week. The team that install my panels was very professional and direct with me about questions i had. I'm now waiting again for the final inspection to get them up and running. Today is May 28 2020. I'm excited about my new investment Saturday will be a week. Will keep you posted once I learn more of what's really taking place with my Solar Panels . ( work in progress)…Brio went out of business.. please respond to Sun Services out of Charlotte for all of your Solar Panels issues. My Panels are up and running.. again thank you Sun Services Pam

DO NOT GO WITH THEM. They put some of my panels in a shaded area, and they never told us our loan was a collateral loan. Currently have some issues with my panels, which should be under warranty but can not reach anyone. Having to get local company to fix. Look elsewhere

Please whatever you do, do NOT go with this company. I’ve had a solar system from them on my house for almost two years now. They said the system was inspected when it wasn’t. My Duke bills have still been between $180-$230 a month on top of my solar loan. When I’ve asked the company to get this all squared away and reimburse me. They have sent people who “get it to work” for a month and then the system fails all over again. Now it’s been over 8 months and I can never get through to them in the phone and have found no way to get this resolved once and for all. The last communication I had with them. They said they were sending me a check to pay me back for my Duke bills and solar loans. But, I never got a check and have never heard from them since. Please whatever you do, don’t allow this fake company to rob you like they have robbed me.

My review, which was solicited by the company, is based solely on the initial process. Matt, who was the canvasser, was great. Very personable. Not pushy. Very friendly. I made an appointment for a presentation. I was thinking of postponing it and called the company two hours before my appointment and they said my appointment had already been canceled. Maybe it was because I was the only one in the area. Maybe it was because my energy use was low. Either way I should have been notified.
