Avoid this product at all costs. In 2021 I decided to change all the light switches in my home. I have 7 control centers and an additional 20 light switches. I battled for months trying to get these to stay connected online. After about 9 months, and several router brands I finally got a Google Nest Mesh System that seemed to work. During this time I was in constant communication with Brilliant Support and there were of no help at all. Always responded with basic tech support like reset network settings and resetting the unit. After finally getting my network stable with Google nest the latest firmware update that occurred last week, 25.01.15.2 returned it all to the same problems with all my light switches losing connection. I am done with this scam of a company. They went bankrupt last year and somebody bought it out and apparently made it worse. I will be slowly chunking these glint switches with replacements from Lutron. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Don’t waste your time and money. After installing 21 controls and spending $12,000, nothing works as advertised. Customer service is inept, incompetent, and never resolves the issues. This company is essentially a scam. I should have gone with Control4 or Savant. I’m filing a claim with the BBB and credit card company.

After over a month of communication and emails and my automation contractor spending a lot time, I am so disappointed. We installed Brilliant Panels and Kasa switches. On surface everything sounded great. Now, Everything works with Kasa switches and Alexa dot. But, Brilliant does not recognize commands given to Alexa.
We were told that kasa switches are compatible and Alexa is built in the Brilliant panels. Unfortunately, the most expensive part of the system, which is the Brilliant stinks. And I am out $5000 installing the automation system and tons of time. They keep closing out our ticket, not wanting to help fix it.
Not much results so far and not
Much cooperation, passing the buck to couple other people in the organization. Replying to emails without reading them, not responding to the issue. Not responding for days. Then, it’s too late when we are out. They asked for videos, we provided them. Basically their tech support is

$50k spent on this and half my wall switches are "offline" all the time. Go with another system. The more you put into your system the less it works. I have a mesh system in my house and the wall plates don't connect to the nearest point, the just grab one and then to change it you have to call customer service.

Horobile customer service, they don't answer email, phones etc... avoid that company, i have a unit that with a bad screen under warranty... no one response back and i have no idea how to reach them.
