Kale was the representative that came out the my grandfathers house and we spoke for a while when I answered the door, glad I got to learn a bit more as I am buying a house soon and it would greatly benefit me to have this company work with me. Such a great experience with Brighthouse. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and took great care of me. My entire experience was smooth and AMAZING! I would definitely recommend Brighthouse to anyone looking for Solar.

The initial consultation was great with Shawn and Forrest. The rest was terrible. For the most part, zero communication unless I reached out to them. Installation guys showed up and left each time with no prior notice and with no updates whatsoever. Even going weeks with no communication and they would just show up randomly several days in a row then leave and say absolutely nothing. When I complained about it, they seemed confused as to why I wasn’t being updated through text and/or email as to when the technicians would be arriving, but as I explained to them the only time I got notice was the first time someone was coming out to start the installation process. The technicians were all nice and professional with any interactions, and left everything clean before they left. But the communication with this company is terrible and very unprofessional. My installation was completed on November 20th. It is now January 23rd, and my system still hasn’t been connected, and I still don’t know when it will be. Unfortunately at this point I wouldn’t recommend.

Edit: I see that there was a response made to my initial review from the owner stating I was to receive a message about remediating the situation, however no such text was received as of Jan 25th at 2230. It is true that I have not paid anything yet, so that is another positive.

I met with a previous company, Sunroof they were very pushy and at the end, adding quite understand how solo worked. Yesterday we met with Bright House gentlemen call Jake was super nice and affordable price way lower than our PG&E bill very excited go solar!
