We had a great experience with Brighten Solar. First and best was that they did not over-promise any aspect of the solar installation. They actually ended up installing our system a month before they originally committed to. The installation process took 3 days during which we were not inconvenienced in the least. Each of the Brighten team members we dealt with were smart, knowledgeable and personable. All-in-all it was as easy and pleasurable as any home improvement project could be.

Brighten Solar is an extremely professional operation. The sales process was not pushy, but informational. The installation of the panels and batteries was exceptional. The site was cleaned at the end of every day and the extensive battery installation looks great in the garage. The system is working well and the follow up visit and continued support from Brighten post installation is reassuring that we will continue to be supported for the life of the system.

Brighten was great. After talking with 3 different Solar companies, Brighten was the only one I felt confident could get us in under NEM 2.0 with a tight deadline approaching. They were great, very professional, and I've appreciated their communication since reaching out to them about a solar install. I was assigned a project manager who kept me informed of everything that was going on. The founders of Brighten were available and responded promptly to any questions that I had. They were quick with the install, and everything seems to have been done to a high quality. Jeremy came out after the install to turn on the system with us and walk us through using it and the app. So far it's been a "set and forget it" thing! I can't wait to see what our electric bill looks like after next month.

I would describe them as highly professional, knowledgeable, frequent and prompt communication, very positive people and friendly people.

They came on time for the initial meeting. They offered panels that were more powerful and more eco-friendly, at a lower price than our other estimates. They gave us a date for the install, and came early to do the install. All of our interactions have been friendly, informative, and productive.

Our new panels are producing as predicted, and they should be good for many years. When we need more, we will go back to Brighten Solar.

Brighten recently upgraded and installed batteries for my residential solar system. They were excellent communicators, brought the right number of knowledgeable resources to plan and perform the installation, and kept working with SCE to get our Permit to Operate. A special note - we have concrete tiles on our roof, and when they upgraded our microinvertors, they were careful and did not break a single tile! I highly recommend Brighten Solar.

Brighten Solar has been superb throughout the whole process of helping me choose the best design for my solar system, installing everything, handling the paper work, and continuing to service the system for decades. I looked at other companies, but ultimately chose Brighten due to all of their 5 star rating and the fact that they are local. I had a problem with the system this week, and Brighten had someone at my house by 9:00 AM. He worked tirelessly until the problem was solved. Brighten Solar put my panels up in 2019, and when I decided to expand the system, I went to them. I had to replace my roof, so they removed the old array and worked seamlessly with the roofers to get it reinstalled and add more panels. Highly recommend.
