We had put off getting security for our home for a long time, but decided to look into it. We reached out to two services, one being Bright Home Services. Jesse from Bright Home got back to us right away and set up an appointment for the next day. The other vendor never returned our call! Jesse came to the house, explained our options, looked over our layout and made recommendations. He explained the option of purchasing the equipment up front, with very reasonable monthly fees for monitoring. His demo was excellent and he answered all our questions. We opted for the up-front purchase. He then asked if we wanted to schedule an installation for Saturday, which was the next possible installation day (this was a Tuesday) and we said we couldn't because we were leaving town on Saturday for a week. Jesse, realizing how much comfort we could get if he could somehow get his installer there prior to Saturday, got on the phone and was able to rearrange another installation so John, his rock star installer, could get us all set up prior to leaving for a week. We really are impressed and happy with Bright Home and the fact that it's a local company is just icing on the cake.

Jessie at Bright Homes Services came to our rescue after our master panel box stopped working. We called several alarm companies and either they did not call back or were not interested in helping us with the repairs. So thankful that We found Bright Homes Services. Jessie had an excellent technician (John) out the next day and had our system up and running. They were very friendly, accommodating and reasonably priced. They went over and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied. I totally recommend Bright Homes Services. It was refreshing to see such wonderful customer service and knowledgeable technicians. Jesse at Bright Home Services is a TEN!!! We had such a great experience with him and could not be happier with the product: we purchased an alarm, cameras, and doorbell from him. Jesse is knowledgeable about his product and the other products in the market. He truly cares about his clients and wants what is best for them - he takes the time to educate them and gives an honest professional option as to where they should (or should not) invest their resources. Working with Bright Home Services was a great experience! We had them install a full alarm and camera system on our home. The first few companies we called were the "major names"; They had very high pressure sales people, and inferior equipment at almost double the price. Jessie at Bright Home saved us more than 50% over the others and provided far superior equipment. Their monitoring services are also exceptional (again at a lower cost than others). I would not hesitate to call them again when needed. I had such a pleasant experience with Jesse explaining the home security system. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about his product. He contacted me within 3 minutes of me picking his company on Angie’s List and arrived at my home within 2 hours. John, the installer who was extremely personable, arrived the same day and I was amazed at how well he knew the system and after installation he explained and demonstrated my new home security system. He was a pleasure to have in my home. Jesse called the day after installation to see if I had any questions or issues. Bright Home Systems provides excellent customer service and I absolutely recommend them!

I've used a number of alarm companies over the years and Bright Home Services has to be one of the best! From the initial consultation with Jesse, to the final install by Johnny the entire process was professional, timely and stress free. The couple very minor issues we had (at no fault of Bright) were addressed immediately and resolved promptly. Their follow up service is impeccable and they are readily available to answer any questions that may arise. All around a great company providing great service at extremely reasonable prices!!

I left a message with Bright Home Service and less than an hour later on his way back to the office from another job Jesse calls me and stops by to discuss our homes security concerns. 45 mins later we were so impressed with Jesse and his straight forward and professional approach that we signed a contract and sealed the deal. We were looking to upgrade our 12 year old home security cameras. Interviewed 4 companies, all of who submitted reasonable offers, but selected Bright Home Services based upon the more complete package that was offered. John, the installer is very skilled and we could not have asked for a better person to do that. He worked late into the night such that we were exhausted when he explained our new system, but Jesse sent him back our for a refresher and we feel totally competent now! Would recommend this company without hesitation.
