Bright Energy was fantastic. Very knowledgeable staff and technicians. During install they showed me the exact degrees by which the south facing panels were installed, right at 30°as expected. They cleaned up after themselves and my system is cranking electricity. Cant wait to see summer production numbers. Thanks Rami, Excellent work!

I'm going to unfortunately give Bright Energy 1 Star. They were contracted to do a Solar install at my house in San Jose. The actual install of the panels were fine, the original electrical seemed fine until I was told one of the batteries wasn't installed to code. Had to get re-inspected and the install manager said it would most likely pass the next time because manufacturer specs suggested 6 inches. Well it didn't pass because SJ code says 3 feet. So 3 weeks later they come out and move the battery and have to re-do the whole sub panel as well. There are holes in the wall that needed to get fixed now too (those got fixed 2 weeks later) only after I asked them to fix the holes. So have to schedule another inspection 2 weeks later and it finally passes. I get the PTO about 2 weeks after that and now I find out my system isn't reading right because some wires are mixed up and it is mirroring consumption only. This in turn doesn't allow the system to charge my batteries. So for the past 2 weeks my system is on, but not working properly. Someone has to come out again, I initiated that, no one from Bright called me. Finally my system is supposedly working now, but of course there is a storm coming and no sun. I've been pulling my power from the grid the whole last month and still pulling from the grid since my batteries aren't charged.
I hope someone from Bright reads these reviews and contacts me about compensating me for my electric bill since they messed up multiple times which caused major delays in my solar working for me. Over 5 MONTHS since I started my solar project and it's finally working.

They won't stop calling and harassing me they call the hang up they call they hang up they call they hang up why do they continue to do that....... I live in Illinois they spent millions and millions of dollars on wind energy and research the wind.... They didn't do any research on solar panels but they don't want to have a conversation they just want to hang up and call back hang up and call back hang up and call back they continue to hang up and call back

From the beginning to the conclusion of this project the team has been outstanding. Beginning with Michael Smith who demonstrated not only knowledge and expertise but also much appreciated patience as he took me through each step of the process. He was always available to answer questions.
Guy and Jerald installed the my panels. They arrived ten minutes early and worked tirelessly in the heat to complete the job. They were so helpful and took time whenever I had a question. They demonstrated great expertise and left my home cleaner than when they arrived.
