Store is fine. But as a uhaul. The people are stupid, a box of rocks have more common sense. Clerks are not trained nor do they know how to do jobs for uhaul rentals properly or with any organization of the chaos. Not sure if Tom Hailey still owns the store, but if so. You really need to get you employees properly trained to deal with the flow and traffic around the area to make experience of uhaul rental more precise, and drop off easier for the consumer.

The tall man working the front counter has been rude to me on multiple times. He acts like it's an inconvenience for me to be there buying stuff. He even said "Bag your own stuff, here's a bag". I always leave feeling what did I do wrong, when all I'm doing is buying stuff.
