I have had disappointing experience. They installed my gas fireplace. Have had them come back to look at doing repairs. They left saying they would call me to let me know what repairs would entail. Never heard from them in months. Have called a couple of times to ask status. No response. Would not refer this company. Will be looking for alternative repair services.
