When doing research on solar here in the valley I saw Fred from Bob's repair on the local news talking about solar installs. When I did more research into the company I decided to have him come out and give us a quote for the upcoming solar job. Out of the 3 companies I go bids for, he was the most professional, had the best product and customer service, and was very reasonable price wise. When we decided to go with them Fred and his team immediately went to work planning and sending out requests to NVenergy and all the other approvals and paperwork required for a solar job.
The install was very quick, they were able to do the full panel and electrical install in about 3-4 days. During the installation process one of the technicians decided to check out our older AC unit. He showed me a video of him checking opening the check valve and freon was leaking out. I told him that he was here for solar and not for our AC units, but thank you for telling me. This was day they were doing electrical to prepare the panels, they needed to cut power to upgrade the sub panel. When they cut the power and turned it back on, the old AC unit blew the compressor. Long story short, they replaced the old unit for a brand new unit for free.
If you are looking to get a good quality product with a company you can trust, Bob's repair is second to none. Their professionalism, work quality and customer service is the reason they have so many 5 star reviews including this one. They could have easily not replaced the AC unit and claim it was an old unit and they weren't responsible but they did the right thing. Thank you Fred for everything, our new solar system is INSANE! I can't wait for summer time to run the AC.

Nick was great. Answered all my questions and helped me understand my solar system better. He was able to spot some issues on the spot to direct me where to go to resolve my problems. (Unfortunately, I have to deal with the installer). Regardless, I have the info to do so more effectively. Thanks, Nick. Wish I'd known about Bob's HVAC & Solar sooner! I may get my current system replaced and their 5 star reputation precedes them so I will call them!

I absolutely love Bob's Repair! They are HONEST and very professional. I say this because my mother-in-law was having issues with her heater and she called someone to come out to take a look and they told her it would be over $10,000 to replace everything. Since I've used Bob's Repair before I told her to get another estimate from them before making a decision. Bob's Repair send some out within 2 days and found out that it was a small issue with the heating unit and got the heater working within an hour. This is why people dislike a lot of HVAC companies because they don't know who to trust. For that I would just say call Bob's Repair if you ever have any issues with your HVAC system because they will be honest with their estimate and repairs. I personally would use them any time I have an issue or a family member have an issue because it is really hard to find a company that you can trust.

I was having an issue with my furnace. It was running but blowing out cold air. I had seen numerous good reviews for Bob's on Nextdoor and I gave them a call. I was not happy with the last company I was using and didn't know what to expect. From booking my appointment to the service and finished job, it was a wonderful experience. The team was great in getting me scheduled and the technician they sent, Christian was great. He diagnosed my problem and was able to get my furnace working. And the cost I feel was quite reasonable to have heat on one side of my home. I'm happy I found Bob's and they came through as all the Nextdoor recommendations said they would.

From the initial consulation through the final step, Bob's Repair Solar Las Vegas was an absolute 10/10! Excellent service. Their technician Christian Keeton was explained everything clearly and completed the tune-up on the A/C unit installed in June quickly. He also checked out my other A/C unit and made sure it was working correctly.
