They are always fast to respond to my calls when its time to schedule my ac maintenance and they show up at the time of the appointment. I had my 15 year old air conditioner cleaned and all the filters changed. The technician, Nick did an excellent job. He was meticulous and very thorough in everything he did. My air conditioner had not been cleaned in many years. Now it works like it did when it was new. I will use this company from now on. I highly recommend Bobby O's company.

It was the hottest day of the year, so far in 2024, and my AC was making a low thumping noise and wasn't blowing air. Called and spoke to Bob. After a few questions it was most likely the blower motor. He would order the part and have Arman and Nick over in a few hours. Now, I did try numerous other companies first, all stating the same..." it's insanely busy - we can get there next week?!
As stated these guys arrived and assessed the issue. They replaced the motor and recharged the system. Within 30 minutes I had 58 degree air blowing. It never blew that cold!
Arman explained everything and answered all my technical questions. Bobby O's is my new HVAC company. Again because of the response and professionalism of the service provided.

Bobbyos HVAC has repaired & maintained my Air conditioning system many times over the years. They are always prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I have found them to be honest as well. I never felt as if they were trying to upsell me products I didn’t need. I would highly recommend this company!

Bobby O’s installed our AC unit when our house was built. At time of construction I asked for the upgrade unit. He never installed it! Since moving into the house our house was always more humid at the same temperature compared to the rest of the houses in the neighborhood. The soffit drifts he installed also fell out. All of them! Never returned calls to have them reinstalled. Now 2 years living in the house the AC stopped working. I have 3 little kids and my wife is due any day. I called up Bobby to come fix this since the unit is still under warranty. He sent his service guy Ryan who could not fix the problem. He then told me I needed Freon which a central AC unit should never need unless there is a leak. Now I know I have a leak somewhere. Ryan did not replace a thing and the Fan still does not go on. Then gave me a bill for $500.00. I would never use this guy. Ever!
