We had a fantastic experience with this rental shop! We rented both surf boards and e-bikes and Keith & Patrick were nothing short of incredible. Very knowledgeable, professional, available, helpful, and just genuinely interested in us having a memorable experience. They went above and beyond to make sure our California trip was easy and fun. Fantastic e-bike rental experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The bikes were clean and new. The shop is less than 5 minutes Inland from PCH. I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for an electric bike forever! We stopped into the shop on a friends recommendation and my sister AND I walked out with a bike! The whole team is super knowledgeable and very accommodating. He gave me a great deal and I'm super happy! Love supporting local businesses and would recommend to everyone. Bought my e-bike from Board Members over a year ago and it is still running as smooth as the first day. Keith and his staff make you feel at home and well taken care of. They have been great with tune-ups and any questions I’ve had. Great investment for an overall great experience. Ive also rented e-bikes from them and they were helpful, knowledgeable and gave the time help to teach my wife and sister-in-law how to work the bike. Thanks again Board Members
