With a no soliciting sign posted in front of my house, I was visited by two individuals from BlueWave today. He said a whole lot of words and gave these astronomical amounts of "cash" I would receive if I were found "eligible" for their "program".

I politely said I wasn't interested at this time. I was asked why. While pointing at my sign and explaining how disrespectful it is for a business to disregard my wishes on my own property, I also explained that the entire speech the employee gave was filled with deceptive tactics to elicit me moving forward with setting up an appointment.

Good companies don't use shady, and likely false information in their sales pitch to land a customer. Good companies don't resort to that behavior.

Recommended it.he.introduced me to Frank from Blue Wave solar, frank came and he was so knowledgeable and explained everything plainely. and the contract was done to the tee. Everything they Promised. Am so glad I switched, you Will love it guaranteed.Best decision i every made for my property.

This company is really good with its loan processing and payment plans. That process was fairly simple and stress free for me. Problems came up when I wanted to make an extra payment towards my principal. I tried 3-4 times explaining what I want and just could not make them understand. They kept doing the same mistake over and over again and finally I gave up. Their accounting team is horrible. Either they do not have any rights to correct things or they are not properly trained. Either way, according to my experience, go with them if you just want a solar loan and know for sure you would never need to contact their support. Else stay away from them.

Have had a loan with this lender for over 1 year. Statements continue to be incorrect. Have requested can't tell you how many times in writing and by phone for this issue to be resolved. My payments are not applied to my interest and principle balance correctly. The customer support is lacking as well. Never call you back when they say they are going to. They say things will be resolved and never are. Find another reputable lender.

Account has been canceled since August, we have moved. Paid the last bill in September, I have been receiving an email with a bill for over $200.00 per month for the past 4 months. Now up to $880.00. I no longer live there ! How does someone get this to stop! 1 star because customer service was pleasant. I will not pay this bill !

Edit - This has deteriorated. It has taken more than 2 months to re-amortize a loan that was promised to take 2 weeks. After 6 follow-up phone calls, 10 weeks, and two unfulfilled promises for a supervisor call, I finally was escalated today and told that it may take another 2 billing cycles. That means 4 months total to complete a process I was told would take 2 weeks. I'm hopeful that someone can help me out here, but without a prompt and thorough resolution, I withdraw any recommendations for using this company. This is completely unacceptable.

Trying to call and talk to someone regarding our account balance and they don’t answer their phones. They have you leave a message for someone to call you back. I emailed customer service to get same and another company answered my email with “we will respond when we can”. Terrible customer service. Makes me very nervous about their ability to provide service if needed.

My home solar meter is apparently out of date. I have been advised that I have not minted any SRECs the last two quarters which has never happened in the 4 years I have owned this 9.87 kw system. MassCEC, SolSystems, and Blue Wave Solar have no replied to any of my emails and there are no contact phone numbers for ant of them. Blue Wave is apparently out of business and Perch solar has taken over. My meter is apparently out of date and there is no one to respond. Never again.
