Paul came out and installed a stovetop that wasn’t cooperating with him. He did his BEST to get it working and his patience paid off! My husband has dementia and Paul was so patient and kind in his way of explaining it to him. Thank you, Paul. You’ll be my go to guy.

I called to ensure a technician was available to refill my tanks. I had two BBQ tanks field in just a couple of minutes. The technician filled the tanks and even brought them to my car while I paid for them. They are a family owned business and even provided a military discount. With the local refill you get a little more gas in the tank than at the commercial refill stations. I saved $5 per 20lb tank. Great service and great price.

They were awesome, at last minute needed to get my tanks refilled and rushed to get there before they closed and they actually had to wait a few extra minutes for me unloaded and reloaded them in my car and the office staff was excellent. Will definitely be using them for all my propane needs from now on!

The lady who picked up the phone was incredibly rude. This isn’t the first time this has happened either! The first time it was my husband who told me she was rude, and I brushed it off as her having a bad day. But I called to settle a payment and she was so rude and unprofessional I was genuinely shocked.

Purchased two large propane heaters & were told they had a thermostat on them. Got them home & found out they did not. Called & was told they would do nothing about. Now the off/on switch is stuck. So I paid 500+ for nothing. Would not purchase from these people
