The people working there were super nice, but at 9.99 a bag of heating pellets plus a fee for using my card. I won't be getting pellets there again unless again they are the only one that has them.

This is a large and well stocked hardware and yard supply store. They have a wide selection of flowers and vegetables for gardens. An extensive paint selection and tool selection in addition to all the other items you'd expect to find in a well stocked hardware store. The staff are always friendly and helpful every time I've ever gone in.

I come here because it’s convenient. But I shouldn’t have to buy 10ft of pvc pipe if I only need a couple feet, I was cool with buying 5ft. But the selection was very sparse. They only had one 10ft piece.

I am surprised by the negative reviews. In my opinion the store has only gotten better under new management. Every time I entered the store I was greeted with a smile and “Can I help you find what you need?” I love the undivided attention by the employees. I don’t spend my time wandering around like a lost sheep.

Extremely pleased with the immediate attention I received as a mom with three little kids walking into this store. It’s never more than 30 seconds before someone asks if I need help finding something! It’s a nice, clean, and well maintained store.

Edit: Y'all are now charging a 3% charge when people use cards instead of of cash? I guess this place only cares about the profit portion of their triple bottom line.... Pretty sad you are sticking your customers with a fee that you used to cover... Also AFTER the owner responded I went in to get a toilet flapper, none of the girls at the counter knew what that was and acted like I was bothering them by just being there. SO IN ALL REALITY NOTHING HAS CHANGED. You guys really need to do better.

Avoid shopping here. Nothing but teenage girls with 0 knowledge about tools. They are privately owned so any sort of sales you see online are not honored at this location. They hardly ever have anything in stock... You are better off driving 15 minutes to Farmington. Lastly, take your measly 5% discounts for Veterans and stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
