The Big Wave Solar Co was wonderful from start to finish (almost there). Our sales manager, Ashley, and the director of operations, Austin, were and still are great!! Both were there always to answer questions (which we had quite a few). Always being very genuine and caring while explaining the process (several times) and the many benefits coming from both the state and the federal governments. Also the roofers, the solar installers and the electrician were all top notch. They were very kind, considerate and explained everything they were going to do. It’s reassuring that the loan encompasses not only the solar but the roof (in which we were looking to replace in five years) and the electric upgrade (also in need). If you’re thinking about solar, I would highly recommend Big Wave Roofing and Solar. You can’t go wrong.

This company and its team are the best. They went above and beyond to answer the many questions I had and based on all the things I learned - it was a no brainer to move to solar. The money I will save is remarkable. Special thanks to Jesse Lahaye for bringing this to my attention and for being so professional and for Frank O’Grady for showing up to my home within 24 hours to share all the details, mocks ups of my house and endless amounts of information that we needed to make the best decision we could have. The company is so responsive with Frank answering me via cell calls, email, text etc. and they are all very professional and I can’t wait to save so much money this summer and beyond!

Frank Matusik from Big Wave Solar explained everything about solar from conception to completion in easy to understand terms. Everything he told me that was going to happen, happened exactly on time and it only took a few hours to install 32 panels, including clean up. Hats off to Frank and the workers who installed it all!

I worked with Frank of Big Wave Roofing and Solar for both my current home and my prior home. He guided me through all the details of what installing solar would entail and how that would impact my bills. For a subject that can get complicated very quickly, he was great at easily articulating the program so that I fully understood and was confident in my decision. Since this was my second go-around with solar, I knew what to expect and upon buying my current home, I immediately called Frank to get the processes started for solar again. Unfortunately at that time, my street was closed off for additional solar per the restrictions of Atlantic City Electric. Frank monitored my street restrictions every week for 3 years straight....until one day, the restrictions finally lifted and I was able to get my solar request submitted. After 3 long years of waiting on ACE to open up solar to my street again....I cringed at every electric bill and the crazy price increases, year over year. Now, at last, I have my solar installed and couldn't be more thrilled. Good bye to unexpected, crazy high electric bills! My wallet is grateful and my heart is full knowing I'm also doing something good the environment. Frank's service commitment to excellent service is a rarity these days. I'm so grateful for his diligence and patience, monitoring my street status with ACE the past 3 years to make this happen. Thank you Big Wave Roofing & Solar...and especially Frank!

Joe is definitely that guy to talk to. He made the process really easy. We previously had a solar company knock on our door. And they were trying to sell us a less comparable system at 50% more $$ then joe. He's a straight shooter very easy to understand and no pressure sales. I've already recommended his name twice and the solar benefits havent even kicked in yet. Lol. Also I might add, the system is super super clean. And that was a huge issue for me. Very pleased with Joe and Big wave.
