Purchased three items a few years ago - the 90' hose is okay but kinks quite a bit but works fine otherwise. The wheeled sprinkler works great! Give that a 5 star review! The reason for this review - the wobbler. Again, I've had these several years and the few times I've used the Wobbler it works about 25% of the time. The other 75% it simply sticks and sprays a stream (have a video). I've emailed their support team and they (Perry Jones) asked me to send a video - short one. I sent it. He then finally replied their systems were hacked several years ago and they can't see videos. Really? He then suggested it is clogged or damaged. it is NOT. I set up a Shared folder on iPhoto (secure) and he didn't bother with it. I replied and said I'd be happy to ship it back ---did not ask for a refund - simply said I'd ship it back for his review. Crickets!!!!!! I'd expect more from an Oklahoma based company. Will not purchase anything again based solely on my interaction with one Perry Jones. Sorry pal.

I ordered the 1000F sprinkler kit along with a few extra components. The salesman was extremely professional and very informative. He answered my questions truthfully and made me feel comfortable with my purchase and helped me to get everything I needed without forgetting anything.. The kit was packaged perfectly and arrived within just a few days with nothing was out of place. By far the best packaging of anything I’ve ever ordered. Everyone on the phone was very polite and helpful. My kit performs exactly as advertised and it’s an excellent value.

I have purchased from this company on 3 separate occasions and I have to tell you that the service is above par. The order process online is easy and you can even look up your previous orders. The last order that I placed, they called me to see if I was sure that what I had ordered online was what I really wanted since it didn't line up with my previous orders. I highly recommend these guys!!
Lastly, the equipment is built extremely well and works great!

1250k purchased about 1yr ago. We use it for dust control and irrigation all year around and all components have performed flawlessly and better than specs on individual parts spec sheets. I haven't needed tech support for purchase items but tech support for detailed fluid hydraulics and product recommendations is spot on!

This sprinkler is awful. We have had ours for a few months now; it gets stuck ALL of the time. My husband reached out to the company and they said it’s because we are using 2 hoses. Well, it doesn’t rotate with 1 hose either. Save your money. I have had much better luck with the cheaper sprinklers from Walmart. Would NOT recommend.

I have 6 of the Heavy Duty Rotor Sleds with rainbird 5000 part circle
adjustment heads. My lawn is 10,000 sq. ft.. I have community water with 130 lbs. pressure at meter with 20 gallons per minute flow. Had full pressure hookup installed edge of lawn which i use 3/4" hoses only that are rated for that pressure. Installed #4 nozzle in each head and only run 2 at a time, no more. Let them run 30 min. then hook up next 2 and so on. 1 1/2 hrs. later i have 1/2" water on my whole lawn. Alot cheaper than inground sprinkler and no repairs. Come cold weather, i make sure heads are clear of water because if water freezes in head, it will bust.
Most of us are disapointed that a sprinler we buy even at big box stores don't always perform well because of pressure reducers going to our house or 5/8" hoses not allowing enough flow. This is the best sprinkler in my opinion and the weight of it don't move with high pressure. Had them for 2 yrs. now and work great.

Great customer service, especially AFTER the sale. Asked all the right questions, actively listened, gave well thought-out options, considered how to keep things within our budget... Could not be happier, especially considering it was all done remotely (Oregon / Oklahoma)! Even helped me resolve pressure / nozzle balancing to achieve optimum coverage with my available water resource. I cannot imagine this having gone smoother. I learned all I needed to know.
