Lack of customer service fron the young female working as a cashier at about 7:30 tonight. The level of not doing her duty as a cashier is disgusting for literally no one in line or shopping. Here's what happened. Me and my husband went in to purchase work shirts for him. That is great. We get to the cash register and there is a gentleman waiting for something he had going on. So he steps aside and the female rings up my husband. She asks for his phone number and he gives her his number. She looks it up and says that's not it. She proceeds to bag his items and I ask her, if she can set him up and she throws her hands up and says we'll I could but... with attitude just dripping in her voice. My husband said that's ok even tho he spent well over $160.
I make my purchase and she rings it up and without asking my number she tells me the total. I tell her, my phone number and she had such attitude. Then she puts the receipt on the counter with no other words like thank you or anything. I walked out of the store and wanted to return my purchases because for 1, if you don't want to do your due diligence of your job then maybe you should find a new career path and for 2, if you would rather be somewhere else, don't make it my problem as a customer with your bad attitude that you're not getting paid extra for!
I love the store, but for this level of rudeness, I could do without and I will pass it on!

Purchased a Husqvarna Chainsaw in late Sept. in preparation for our Christmas Tree lot. We opened the day after Thanksgiving and the chainsaw was used to do fresh cuts to the bottom of trees which meant cutting approximately ½ inch off the trunk. After only 2 weeks of use the pull string to start the saw broke. We called Big R and were told to take in the next day after 10 am and that they had a shop on site where they could possibly repair it. When I went in I was told that I was given incorrect information by a new employee and furthermore would have to contact the manufacturer directly because store policy was NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on ANY POWER TOOLS! So I asked the cashier "so if I buy something, go out to my car and try it out in the parking lot and it doesn't work, I'm out of luck? She said yes! It's buy AS IS! Needless to say I was surprised and disappointed to hear this! I was told I could leave the item with them and they could send it to the manufacturer but that they had no way of telling how long turn around would be. I opted to leave and swore NEVER to do business there again! So just an FYI...BUYER BEWARE! All electric items, power tools etc are buy as is with NO REFUND, NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE!

This is a Farm, Ranch, clothing, hardware, plumbing, supply store. Dog, horse, etc supplies & food. If I need welding supplies or tools this is my first choice.
They have a nice Veterans discount, which helps this disabled vet.
Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, & quick to help out. At checkout M Godinez was helpful in explaining discounts & mark downs.
Store was very clean, products displayed well making it easier to find items.
Just stop in & wander around to see the thousands of things they have. Don’t just believe they are Farm & Ranch supplies. 1/3 of store is clothing & footwear. Large selection of ammo & guns.
I highly recommend this store
Parking lot would hold RVs (they do have RV supplies) Warrior Way gas station is right next door.

If I could give this place a zero I would . My cousins and I went in to price a shotgun. The two sales people there didn’t acknowledge that we were there. There was another gentleman there he was Angelo the two associates we helping him. My cousin and I are Native American, is it because we are not white that why they ignored the both of us? My cousin was going to make a purchase for a duck season rifle. Maybe since we are not the corporate color. This store sits in Santa Ana reservation. This really annoyed me. All native or minority people of color avoid this store its store #28. Very very unprofessional racist workers.

Do you know what the definition of gaslighting is? It’s when someone gets mad at you for reacting to their disrespect so the next time I walk in there and your workers are disrespectful to me. You don’t get to talk an attitude when I get mad about it. It’s called customer service and y’all should try it sometime

Been in here a few times with no issues. Always on the expensive side of things. For a store that carries Stihl and Carhartt brand, it doesn't surprise me. Walked up to front door @ 7:45pm and doors are locked. They don't close store at posted hours. I was trying to get a 3/8 chain for my MS290 saw. Sad

I’ve come into here multiple times and the management mistreats the employees and I’ve overheard him belittle and disrespect them in front of customers!! He’s far from a manager idk how corporate doesn’t put their foot down. Seems like that location has a bad turnaround for employees! Daniel is one of the worst managers I’ve ever seen or heard of!! It’s an absolutely ridiculous to mistreat employees that way!! Zero respect for employees!!!
