After quite a bit of research and talking to people who had solar systems installed by Big Dog as well as other companies, we chose Big Dog Solar to do our installation. From our sales person, Brian St. Pierre, to office staff and installation crew everything was superb and timely. We have had a few minor issues which were immediately corrected. Would absolutely recommend this company!

Big Dog Solar was very professional from start to finish on installing my Solar System. The sales team explained everything in easy to understand terms and the installation crew was very good. They added to the project when the city inspector said we needed another shut off for our system. Great team and Great service.

Wonderful service. Big Dog Solar really goes above and beyond with delivering and installing solar systems. The crew during set up accidentally brokers a few small solar lights and replaced all of them with new matching units. The follow up service has also been stellar! I’d recommend Big Dog Solar.

Big Dog Solar is the best of the best! From the people at the Idaho location to Cameron and his team in Grand Junction, everyone I have dealt with has been kind, knowledgeable, efficient in providing quality work, and have also made sure that I understood and was comfortable with what we were doing for my solar system each step of the way. It is rare to find such consistency in the quality of people in an organization. They genuinely care about their clients and I truly appreciate each and every one of the folks at Big Dog Solar. We chose Big Dog Solar for a number of reasons. First, they came highly recommended from our electrician. Second, when I reached out to them to ask some questions, they answered my questions and did not hound me to buy right away. Third, I never felt like they were trying to sell me something. Instead, they educated my wife and I on their system and it sold itself. Everything was installed in one day and it looked beautiful. We’ve had solar now for a year, and I still feel strongly that Big Dog Solar is a great company. We are adding the critter guard to prevent birds and other animals from getting under the solar panels and damaging anything or taking up residence. I highly recommend Big Dog Solar if you are just starting to think about solar for your home. They are not pushy, but they are experts.

Big Dog Solar was great to work with from the presentation through installation. They were excellent about keeping me informed and realistic about time to get things done. The installation went super smooth. The crew showed up at the expected time, completed the installation with minimal disruption to our normal routine, and did an excellent job cleaning up. They helped me start up the system and get the phone app to monitor it. So far everything has worked flawlessly.
