The BCAA post-workout powder worked well for me. I tried it with both water and milk, and both taste good with the powder, but personally, I like it with water because it tastes like juice. Since I run track and I’m usually sore during the week, I needed something to prevent that, so I take the powder before practice every day. I haven’t been as sore as I used to be, and the BCAA gives me more energy while running.

TOTAL RESTORE is awesome I have only used half of the bottle and have noticed a big relief, before I started taking the product everything was going through me, I don’t have a gallbladder, and I am diabetic, I stayed in the bathroom, if I made it their.
Total Restore have given me more consistent and better stool, instead of runny, and diarrhea, knocking the door down, or having no control over my bowels, or wearing pull-ups.

I used to drink three cups of coffee daily plus pre-workout to have enough energy to exercise. It got to a point where the caffeine was no longer giving me energy but instead making me crash and keeping me awake at night. My sleep was getting bad, and I had some insomnia. I started using BCAA and felt the difference right away. I'm down to one cup of coffee a day and BCAA right before my workout. Not only do I have plenty of energy to exercise, but it lasts long after without keeping me awake at night.
