I was happy with the inspection Tim Guillama provided for my mom’s house that we will be selling. He went through the entire house inside and outside, the basement and the yard. He took the time to discuss potential health and safety issues and items that we can repair before we put it on the market for sale. Within 3 days we received a detailed written report with pictures that we can reference. Thank you for your prompt and professional manner.

Tim Guillama from Beyond Energy was prompt, professional, and listened to my concerns about energy conservation in our home.
Our site is a bit challenging as it has been remodeled twice, and I felt Tim was able to appreciate the issues of areas in our home that fail to stay cool or warm.
He also was able to identify a problem with a vent stack from our plumbing that was not properly installed through the attic to the roof.
He spent just over 3 hours on site and then generated a very thorough report including measures we might take to improve energy conservation, including some specific recommendations on contractors.
Overall, I was very pleased with the quality and cost of home
energy audit, and that it qualifies for a $150 tax credit in 2024.
