Where do I start, our scheduled day is Wednesday, sometimes they come on Tuesday without any notice, sometimes it's Wednesday. Regularly get skipped, will hit the neighbors on either side of me, but skip me at the end of the road. Dispatch will have some excuse, oh it's a new driver, still learning, it looked muddy (I have fully rocked driveway). Say they will come on the next route and make the pickup, rarely do. Another time, got skipped, called dispatch before the truck was even off my street, oh he has a tight schedule and can't get back to you to day. It's 3 mins out of his way to come back and do the job I pay $80 a month for. Customer service is ridiculous and full of excuses and empty promises, don't avoid, run away from this company that needs a new name.

UPDATE: These crooks charged me $51.75 for an "additional pickup" after they got my next door neighbors, but skipped me. This people are criminals.

My trash was supposed to be picked up Thursday morning, including my neighbors and a few people down the road and because it was after 4 PM I couldn’t call till Monday. I talked to a girl named Lucy who says they would pick it up today. Tuesday got another gentleman on the phone who said my trash wasn’t out on time. He called me a liar. I was so mad by insulting me that way when we had our trash out by 4:30 AM, maybe closer to 445 me and my neighbor said good morning to each other. We always take our trash out at the same time. To be called a liar and say that she had a long route or she missed or they’re in training. These people have made up enough excuses because this is not the first time they have missed us. They keep coming up with excuses. I’m tired of it. I may just drop them. They are a very very bad company to have a trash service pick up. Do not deal with them and do not go with them

Biggest mistake I ever made using this company.
They have not picked up my dumpster. And overall, a month, we have repeatedly called. No return phone calls finally spoke with the owner who apologized and said they would come and pick the dumpster a dump it. The next Tuesday still no one showed up. Have been trying to get ahold of them for the past 2 weeks. No return phone calls. Dumpster is sitting in front of my property filled with trash for the last month, but they sure take the payment. If I could have give them a 0 rating. I would have do not use this company under any circumstances.

We have pickup scheduled for Mondays and EVERY single week they miss our pickup. I call and they say they will send a driver but never do. Excuses I get every time, we have a new driver, we had a truck break down, the truck started on fire. I think they're pretty much out of excuses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

Constantly forgetting to pick up in my neighborhood, leading to overflowing bins, which the javelinas subsequently love to knock over and drag the contents all over the neighborhood. And no, they don't come back the next day- you're stuck with a full bin for a week. These guys are AWFUL.

This company picks up waste from a construction site in our neighborhood. They come around 5:30 AM and make way too much noise. I called & spoke w/a supervisor who stated they would come later in the day. They did & then reverted back to the before dawn pickups. They are disrespectful & are committing city code violations.

They have trouble staying on route and picking up trash in time. This has happened to us AT LEAST three times where they say they are “running behind” and they don’t pick out trash up until Monday!! 4 days after it’s supposed to. They never offer any solutions. They also conveniently “don’t have record” of us having any issues. TERRIBLE SERVICE .
