This is the best Nissan Benton I’ve been to. Jordan Bowie was my salesman, his energy is positive and uplifting. I have never experienced such wonderful service when I comes to purchasing a new vehicle. He put me in a car that I didn’t even think I’d get approved for. Y’all if y’all ever need to purchase a car go to this dealership even the the people that handle the financing are good they got me a low interest rate and the also made it clear for me if didn’t understand something. They will get you right!

Went and bought a car with my wife today. The team at Benton Nissan could not have been any more friendly or helpful! We worked with Roger who made our process SO smooth and enjoyable. While we were waiting Carrie checked in on us and asked if we needed anything. My wife is 36 weeks pregnant and she got her a bottle of water and a small snack while we waited. When we got to the financing part of the day, Dakota was awesome! He went over everything in great detail and we had a great talk about our soon to be child and his experiences as a parent. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! What an incredible team and experience!

I purchased my 2020 Nissan Titan SV truck from Benton Nissan and recently went back to get the battery replaced. While I was there I met David Shirley for the first time. He is the Service Manager and I was immediately impressed with his care and willingness to help me. Thank you Mr. Shirley for providing me with an excellent customer experience. Jordan Carter also works in the service department and I have spoken to him several times in the past. He also works hard to provide good customer service. Both of of these men are great representatives for Benton Nissan and also for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Went in to trade in my 2016 Ram 1500 with 83,000 miles on it. Was trying to get a 2020 Nissan Rouge that $21,600. I owe less than what they were asking for the car.My husband and I gave them a ballpark of what we wanted to pay a month. When the appraisal was done they offered $15,000 for my truck and add $10,000+ to the rouge walk out the door prices. When we negotiated 2-3 times and explaining exactly what I wanted,I was only offered more month and $1,000 add to what they were gonna give me for my truck. When we spoke to the manager, I was told the side view mirror is why they couldn’t give me any more money for my vehicle. The manager proceeded to tell my husband that, he would have difficulty sell my truck. They basically wanted my truck for free and wanted to makes us pay $10,000 extra for a car that was not worth that.When I explained to them I was gonna walk out of that dealership upside down on a brand new vehicle because a bank is not gonna finance that car for $31,000, because it is not worth that, I was basically told I was wrong. My truck is peak condition for the year model it is. For them to add $10,000 extra dollar to the new car was absolutely ridiculous. I have never in my life heard of a dealership ever doing that. Not to mention the fact they would not even try to work with my husband and was absolutely unprofessional. We will not do business here ever again.

This is the most  amazing car dealership I have ever been in throughout my entire life. Bruce Burton sold us our car over 2 years ago, and throughout this entire time, we have been treated as if we are part of a big family. Bruce doesn't even seem like a carsalesman (no offense, Bruce, we LOVE you!), but the people reading this review know what I mean. We've all seen movies with seedy carsalesmen who only want to sell x amount of cars to meet that month's quota. The salesmen don't treat that customer well after the customer signs their name on that dotted line, much less truly care and remember details of their lives and know those things the minute that customer walks back in the dealership after the sale; but Bruce does ALL that and more. Bruce is just absolutely amazing. Now, what Mr. Benton needs to do is get the vehicles on the lot that people want. Every new Plantium Armada on the lot today was white. But, I do have confidence that as soon as what I want hits that lot, Bruce will call me. He always has my back. I honestly think of Bruce as extended family. He is the most valuable asset on that property other than the wonderful people in service that keep my car running and safe for me and my family to be in. If you need to purchase a car and want to have this same experience for yourself, head over to Benton Nissan and ask for Bruce Burton. Tell him I said hi . If you do, I'm so excited for you!! Your whole car world is about to completely change forever!! Edit: To note about my service today, I did not give appropriate credit to my service team. I have absolute trust in them!! I just had my pathfinder serviced today and anyone else would have tried to sell me tires, my husband even cautioned me that they were going to try to sell me new tires instead of rotating and balancing my current ones. Did they? No! Brandon New took care of my service today, he said my tires were okay but to keep an eye on them. He asked me how much I was driving now (he knows I'm a nurse and did a contract in Texas 2 years ago and made the drive out there and back a couple of times), I told him I was home now and drove very little. Brandon told me I could probably make it to spring AND he told me that they usually had sales in the fall and spring for buy 3 tires, get 1 free. Just that information alone will save me about $250. Now that is HONESTY!!! And, Brandon took my real life into consideration before making his recommendation, that is QUALITY. I was SO impressed!!? Thank you Brandon!!! You are SO APPRECIATED!!
