I cannot recommend Benton Green Energy enough. Earlier this year, they sealed all the openings in the attic, installed an attic tent over the stair opening, installed insulation, and installed a smart fan. The change in the air quality and energy efficiency has been drastic and amazing. We could feel a difference immediately.

Dean was great to work with, and applied for the rebates through Duke Energy for us so we did not have to do anything in order to receive the rebate. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was exceedingly reasonable and communication throughout the entire process was very easy. It was just a really great experience, and we really appreciate their work.

Benton Green Energy is a great company to work with if you have environmental health issues. Dean made my house feel more like home for me, my wife and infant son.

My wife and I have major environmental allergies. Months after we moved into our newly purchased home, we noticed our allergies getting worse and had difficulty maintaining the house's temperature and air quality. I am also hypersensitive to indoor air pressure. In certain parts of the house I would experience painful pressure in my ears, face, shoulders, arms and hands.

During the energy audit Dean advised that in addition to installing an attic fan, sealing leaks and beefing up our insulation in our second floor, we get an energy recovery ventilation system (ERV). Not only does the ERV bring in fresh, filtered, air from outside, it removes the polluted air and and creates a positive air pressure in the house. This significantly reduced me and my wife's allergies and helped alleviate the pain I was experiencing from the unbalanced air pressure in the house.

Our house is so much more comfortable now. Dean and company genuinely cares about the welfare of his customers and does fantastic work.

I hired Benton Green Energy roughly 3 years ago. While there were initial issues with some of the work performed, I have been impressed with Dean's commitment to excellence. It seems he will not rest until the job is done right. His level of communication and desire to provide quality work is refreshing. He has assured me he would rectify the problems.
Update: Benton Green Energy took care of all previous issues, and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with this company.

Working with Dean was a great experience! He showed up when he said he would, did the work he said he would in the amount of time he said it would take, and for the price that we had agreed on (which was substantially less than his competitors). He did his best to mitigate the dust (which my wife was concerned about), and he cleaned up the interior and exterior before leaving. Dean and Brandon took the time to seal the attic penetrations with spray foam before blowing in the new insulation which is one of the most important things according to what I read online. Again, its hard to imagine being more satisfied with a provider. Thanks Dean!

Dean is a class act. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely interested in making sure your specific needs are met. From day one he was quick to respond to our call, showed up on time to give a thorough inspection and quote, and put together a detailed estimate with multiple options for us to review and choose from, based on our family need and our budget.

There are certainly some additional services/materials he *could’ve* pushed us into and we wouldn’t have known the difference. Not only did he avoid the pressured sales tactic and up-selling, he actually worked with us on the initial pricing to make sure we could get done what we needed to make a safer environment for our young family in an affordable way.

When the job was officially scheduled, he showed up on time and he even intentionally took time to meet our dog and make her comfortable enough to share the space together, while he was to work in the house all day. As for the job, he made sure things were done as he stated they would be and he definitely went above and beyond for us without looking to add extra charges for things that probably deserved it. I mean, he even took our dog outside a few times throughout the day and made sure she was taken care of, while he was on the job!! Incredible. On top of that, he took time to show me his work, made sure I was happy and free of concern or question. He educated and made us feel comfortable with the entire process from start to finish.

We’ve only been in the house a few hours since the work was completed and we’re already noticing the difference! But he even followed up with me just a few minutes ago with a personal message to thank me for my business and to make sure things were feeling better. And if all the above isn’t enough, he’s also helping on the back end to ensure we get an energy rebate back from our electric company!

We will absolutely use him for additional work in the future, we’ll recommend him to others, and, honestly, we’ll probably invite him over some time to play with our dog, since she loved him. Easily, one of the best all-around service experiences I’ve ever had. Thanks, Dean!

Dean was helpful in understanding what was best for our home insulation. He did not quote any more than what I asked for during the visit. He answered questions after the quote was issued in a timely manner. When they did the work, they were efficient and cleaned up afterwards.
