We absolutely love coming here. The older lady and the man always greet us when we come in to shop as well as assist us when we have questions. The lady at the register always joke once we check out and say, see you next week lol because we only come once every few months. Definately our go to spot!

I was very nervous to shop here after reading the terrible reviews. But I had a great experience. Everyone was helpful. I did have to wait a little while to get my account opened but no longer than 15 min. When Checking out I told the cashier what my budget for that day was & he helped me choose the most popular items once I got close to the total. I’ll definitely shop here again & continue to be a customer. Also when packing my car the guy wax super helpful & strategic I tipped him nicely (:

I entered into to Bees sales today at 11:39am. NO one spoke to me I stood right in front of the cashier and she looked right at me and did not say a thing. They were very rude and disrespectful Black women dominate the beauty world. An for us to be treated in this manner is crazy I walked in ready to spend money in the establishment. But now I won't give them a penny of my hard earned money. If you stand on integrity and respect Bees sales is not for you! Side note one star was to many

I accidently wondered in here thinking it was an open to the public retail store. When I walked in no one greeted me, and I saw no clear visible directives stating that it was a for the trade only store. Needless to say when I made the mistake of asking a question to an employee I was rudely shooed out of the store once he realized I had no permit. I was oblivious in not knowing that it was an industry only retail store. I would have been receptive to that information if relayed respectfully. Anyways, no one ever has ever had to tell me twice to leave. My business is valuable to someone somewhere. I will say that based off the energy and treatment I received it was very clear to me that black people are not truly welcomed & valued there. Despite being a vital part of their business and the community. Unless your dropping a ton of cash I’m sure.

I don't think customer service can get any worse. They ignore you when you ask questions and talk over you. I've been here three times and it's the same. I will NOT return for a fourth.

It doesn't matter how much money you're spending, how you're dressed or how much you smile. They treat you like you don't belong. One of the items rung up more than I was "quoted"; I noticed it when I was paying. I was told she was too busy to do a return and had to come back tomorrow. There was no one else in line at the time. I live an hour away. Another visit, I did split payments. I was shopping with/for others since there is a minimum; we spent $600. The cashier said "OMG! You can't just put it on one card. Geesh" Definitely need another supplier.

Needs total improvement. No prices on most items. This was my 3rd trip and I have had too many rude interactions. It’s As though I’m inconveniencing them by asking for prices or trying to find something. There are a few kind people, but this place is just full of bad vibes. I’m looking for better shops now
